we didn't have one amazing salesperson, we had 4. we purchased one car a couple years ago with them, came back to trade in a car bought at a different Nissan THEN decided to upgrade the originally purchased vehicle too! call us a Pohanka Nissan FXBG family!

Outstanding experience at Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg! From the sales staff of Keyahna and Bert, to the Finance Director Matt, to the personal attention and assistance of the Sales Manager Tim Pohanka, Jr., they were all highly professional and courteous. They gave me a great deal and enabled me to drive off in a brand new beautiful Nissan Maxima Platinum in my favorite color (blue with a pearl coat) in really no time at all. They got me in the door, took care of me quickly and effortlessly, answered all of my questions, and did so in a very professional and courteous manner. Thanks to Keyahna, Bert, Matt, and Tim! I highly recommend purchasing your next car or truck at Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg!

We just bought a car from Pohanka last week. Esme was our sales person, she was very helpful and patient when I couldn't decide on what car I wanted. Their customer service was way better than any of the other car dealerships I went to. I would highly recommend Pohanka.

Carlos Creamer is the best!

We recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima from Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg. Carlos Creamer was our sales person. We can't say enough great things about Carlos and this dealership. We would definitely recommend Carlos and Pohanka Nissan Fredericksburg to anyone in the market for a new car. They have won our business and we will return next time we need a new car. From the moment we walked into the dealership until we drove away with our new car the following weekend, they were all class. Carlos was extremely honest, patient and helpful. He got us the car we wanted at a great price. We were hesitant about going through the new car buying process based on previous experiences, but Carlos made it a pleasure. In addition to Carlos, Cathy Fritzges, the Finance Director, and Nate Hogarth, the Service Advisor, were super. Extremely knowledgeable; Cathy walked us through the entire paperwork process and Nate gave us advice and readily answered all our questions. They are a wonderful group of people. worst new car, rip offs

Was told they stand behind their cars. I took car in 3 times for really bad brake noise. (Sounds like a tractor trailer) after the 3 rd time they told me nissan was aware and I would be called when they find a fix, This car was purchased new and should not have brake problems already. had to go up there 3 times to get my tags and my 2nd key. was told tags was fed-x by the manager(DON) was told all dealers a ve samr deals (NOT) Manager will lie to get a sale and wants the buyers to think HE(DON) was doing us a favor.

She was very helpful, professional, and respectful. She set me up an appointment and the next thing you know, I am a proud new owner of a brand new Altima! Son thrilled with first car buying experience

My son recently bought his first car from Pohanka Nissan in Fredericksburg, VA. Both Hank W. and Don G. were very patient with him (and us) and stayed with us through the whole process until we found the perfect car at the perfect price. After that, Matt H. helped my son find financing through the Nissan Co. and now, months later, my son is still thrilled with his car, and is right on time with the payments. I've never had such an easy time purchasing a car. From an internet inquiry to keys in my hand, it couldn't have been simplier. The staff at this site are wonderful. Jerry B., John S., Tim G. and Matt H. were all very responsive to my many questions. I never felt rushed but the process was quick. Very efficient dealership. From the General Manager down, the people here are super. This is a great place to buy a car. I love my Nissan.
