2022 Kia Seltos. I live several hours from the dealership. I saw the exact model and color I wanted in stock on line. Kamiran was kind and courteous in taking all the pictures I wanted, answering all my questions and providing me with all information I requested. He went out his way to make sure everything was ready when I arrived to purchase my new vehicle. The entire purchase process from my online inquiry to driving away was excellent, upfront, honest and smooth . The level of professional care at this dealership has exceeded my expectations. The finance manager was equally courteous and extremely informative and helpful. It was worth my drive to purchase here.

Used Sales Review

I went to buy a used car from Beyer Kia and the salesman didn't know anything about the car really. I did buy the car because they had exactly what I was looking for but if you can find the car you're looking for elsewhere, I would never go to this dealer willingly. I certainly will not be back. Not only did the salesman know nothing about the car, it was not a KIA so I wasn't expecting too much from them but still, afterward, the first finance manager I dealt with accused me of not understanding how a loan worked. I won't go into the details but he was actually misunderstanding some critical components of how financing works which is a big red flag for a finance manager. I came back in the next day and worked with a different finance manager (the finance manager at their sister dealership across the street - Don Beyer Volvo of Falls Church, I believe) and as I was trying to pull a form up for him on my phone, he not so kindly told me that I was not prepared and to get out of his office. He then left without saying anything. So not only was he incredibly unhelpful but he was then just mean. Had I known how this dealership dealt with people, I never would've come in. I'd happily wait as long as it takes (if possible) to find the car you want from anyone else. They managed to turn what should be an exciting experience, buying a car, into an endless display of ignorance, rudeness, and lack of human decency.

Subpar Service

My sales person Heidi was great. Unfortunately her boss almost ruined it for her. I noticed the car had scratches on the mirrors. The manager said he could have it fixed. When I picked up the car, the mirrors looked like white out had been applied. The job looked very unprofessional. I explained my concern to the manager, his demeanor was nonchalant and unapologetic. He even offered me a bottle of paint for the future. That was absurd. If I knew how to paint a car I would have fixed the mirrors myself.

Respect for the Customer

We prearranged thru their website a test drive for a Kia Soul that was in stock with options that we wanted. Called back w/i their 20 minute window and they stated the car would be pulled around and have it ready to go for us with the hour...and indeed there it was right by the door. No hassles with the test drive or ride along with the sales agent... just let us go and be back a half hour or so. Our sales agent Heidi Sullivan was low key but supportive in our purchase...no pressure...smart young lady...that said we already knew what we were looking for...so we weren't one of those "challenging" customers. One quirk with the Kia Soul's is that the spare tire and jack is a $200 option... given all the other things that were standard on + w/ UVO package car we were testing. Kia Souls come w/ free road side assistance, but I am kind of old school on this. The sales manager, Bobby Wallace, help us with the financial package. There were a couple of different options w/ rebates and interest rates/loan durations. price was very good vs. invoice, definitely a good deal. Checked the numbers, did the paper work and out the door. None of the back and forth to the "tower" for the deal to be approved. One best purchase experiences we have encountered.

The entire team at Beyer Kia is truly amazing. They made my first leasing experience quick and easy. It is very much a fun-loving family environment and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. I can't thank the employees of Beyer Kia enough! Buying a New Kia

After owning my car for over 10 yrs it was time for a new car, I was looking for something affordable and reliable. I went into the dealership just to look around, Kamiran the sales rep came out to greet me, right away, put me on a vehicle to test drive, even let me take it to my appointment for a few hours. When I came back negotiated the price to stay within my budget. After a long day I finally came out buying a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento, I'm very happy with the car, the whole experience and I highly recommend Beyer Kia and Kamiran as the sales person, and his manager Bob they both listened and understood what I was looking for, so if you are looking for a car he's the person to talk to.

Beyer Kia staff, and especially Omar Pinto, gave me excellent service, finding me the still hard to find new (fantastic) Kia Optima Hybrid 2017 in gorgeous silver. They went out of their way - literally- all the way to North Carolina to get it for me. Plus, they gave a fantastic lease price to boot!

I came into buying this car buying experience under a tight deadline to get this car. Kamiran walked me through the entire process, helped me find the right car to fit my budget and DUG in his heels to get me the price I could afford. He DELIVERED on all the PROMISES without ANY tricks!! I love my Brand New Kia Soul!!! He and his sales manager were EXCEPTIONALLLY professional even with dealing with a somewhat highly strung individual, such as myself!! I hope to purchase a car from then again!!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

In my 50 years of new car buying this was by far the most outstanding, easy and pleasant experience. All the Beyer Kia staff that we interacted with were exceptional. The salesman, Omar Pinto and manager Bob Wallace, made every effort to ensure we got the car,model and color we wanted. Bryant also played a part in helping our color decision. The Finance manager, Basir, provided a clear explanation of options available to us. Thanks to all the outstanding Beyer Kia personnel we are very happy with our new car.

Salesman was great had several cars ready for me to test, no high pressure did not try and sell me things I did not want. Mr Pinto was great to work with, sales manager Bobby got me the deal I wanted and got it quickly, finance mgr went over all options with payment and made it easy to see what I was paying no hidden fees and they told me right off the bat the total price of car. I will be back when its time to by my next new car.

People over there are all money minded.....they wont let us talk not even a word.....Since my fiancee liked the car we bought...even the people are not good...i dont have choice to buy the car from this Dealer.....I wish i never do business with them again

I would highly recommend Don Beyer Volvo & Kia in Falls Church. The entire organization went over & above the expectations that I had walking in the door. Especially, the manager, who went out of his way to get me financed. My credit score wasn't high enough, so his persistence to get me financed was awesome. I have to say I was lucky to have such a good experience. Finally, their pricing & service was excellent.

Our salesman Kaimran did an excellent job. We contacted the dealership to test drive a Sedona and Kaimran had the vehicle cleaned and ready to drive. After a hassle free negotiation we purchased the van. The finance manager Basir treated us with respect and he was timely.

We had a wonderful experience buying a new 2016 Kia Sorento from Beyer Kia. Kamiran Mirza, our Product Specialist, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He literally went the extra mile(s) for us personally driving to another faraway dealer to get the exact model we wanted with specific features and color. No sales pressure and offered a very good deal. Bobby Wallace, Sales Manager, was also quite helpful and easy to work with. We could not have asked for a better experience. Kia produces great vehicles and Beyer Kia is the best place to buy one!
