Totally negative online chat division

onThe online chat team is totally too secretive and has to hide the name of the General manager of Southern Greenbrier Kia. If they have to screen names then what are they hiding. I will contact one of the various other dealerships for my purchase. Casey Kia appears to have the same model I was talking to ypur General Manager about earlier today.

Not the quality service they claim

onFor a company that puts their 100% Satisfaction all over the store, in reality, they dont particularly seem to care. I was having major repairs done to an older Buick and decided to look into a new car. For whatever reason, I was immediately steered toward a BRAND NEW car, not a used vehicle. I told the salesman (Jesse) how much I could put down and about where my payments needed to be. So started the haggling. I walked in about 11:30am and out a little after 5, the proud (at that time) owner of a 2014 Kia Forte. Gotta say, I love the car! I dont understand why a dealer cant give the best offer upfront, but I suppose they are trying to get you for everything they can. When I walked out that night, the payment on my financing was supposed to be about $500, a good $50 more than I had wanted, but OK. Within a couple days, I received a call from the Salesman to reply to the Kia survey with all 10s. Given Im in the service industry and receive survey responses; I know you really shouldnt guide a client to the scores, but I was still happy and complied. I would not do the same if I could take it again now. Almost 3 weeks went by before I got a call to come finalize the paperwork. I work full time plus hours, but was expected to make time in my day to rush over. I was again kept waiting for quite some time. When I got to the finance manager, I got a song and dance about having issues getting financing due to my credit (which I discussed prior to starting the process)! I made it clear up front and was told to not worry about it. They then overvalued my trade to get the amount down and took out the clear coat and undercarriage protection to lower the finance amount. All done and said, the payment went up about $80 from where I was told it would be. At this point, 3 weeks into the new car, not knowing if they even had my trade, what was I supposed to do? Speaking of trades the 3 weeks they fussed with the financing they didnt pay my trade off, so I kept getting phones calls all day wanting a payment on it! Ive emailed the General Sales Manager and the Finance Manager about my experience and havent heard from either one. I finally opened a case with Kia and they contacted the dealer, who gave them the same song they did to me about eh financing. On a side note, remember the clear coat? Once they removed that from my financing, I was approached again to add it. Its amazing the price went from $2,500 to the special of $1,450 when I was going to finance, to the employee pricing of $450 and make payments. The payments are $65/month; bringing my payments now to close to $150 more than the original amount I was told. I understand my lower credit. I understand I didnt have a lot to put down. I understand the value of my old car and the fact I was upside down in the loan. What I cant understand is why they still made the deal then stuck it to me on the backside. They easily could have explained I couldnt get financing and I would have walked away with no hard feelings. Instead, I got raped on the price, they have zero remorse, including telling me they are taking such a bath on the new car to get me into it, and apparently disregard for an unhappy person. Now, instead of having a happy customer rave about their service (See Tina in the GMC side; she is AMAZING!) they have an upset person not afraid to share his dissatisfaction. 100%? I dont think so.
