Thanks Sunny for making my buying experience one of the best I have come across and also say my thanks to your wonderful Gm Jeremy.They are the most honest and reliable people in this business.As promised my car was ready for pickup when promised with all the things I ordered to be put on after the great sales experience with the Rosenthal of Chantilly.

Awesome car buying experience

I recently purchased a used Jag XF from Sunny B. the online car sales manager. Wow! what an awesome experience. Everything was smooth about the transaction. He was able to make it work while I was at my office. All I had to do was stop by and pick up the car at the end of my day! I highly recommend Jaguar Chantilly!

Very pleasant buying experience! Salesman (Sonny B.) previously sold me a Porsche Panamera and followed up 9 months later when the new F Type arrives in dealership and was first to test drive in May 2013. Ordered a custom F-type and arrived 8 weeks later. No hassles, very professional. I would definitely recommend doing business with him again!

Don't use this dealer

We bought a new XKR-S 62 days ago and are still waiting for a tiltle on the vehicle so we can plate it and drive it. It has been an experience like no other. Even our SOS office can't find a title pending in our name or ever filed since purchasing the vehicle. We paid for it, had it delivered but since then NO one at the dealer will help us or at Jauguar USA. I even called our local Jag in our state and couldn't help us find the rep in Virginia. The sold us a car with extras that didn't exist we find out after taking possession. Who does that anymore? If you can't trust a Jaguar Dealer who can you trust anymore. We will work on filing papers with the attorney general now.

A total waste of time. The 2011 model used car had no valet key or owner's manual. Salesman Richard G. in- dicated that the car was offered at such a "great" price, the dealership wouldn't supply either item. Nor would he relay my offer to the sales manager.
