Horrible horrible experience. I would list zero stars. Do not bother stopping here. The man who runs this place is a [non-permissible content removed]. He is highly rude, inconsiderate, and offered absolutely no customer service. I had a few concerns to address regarding the car I was looking at, and all he would say is "That's not a big deal.". It was demeaning and inappropriate to be told that my concern, as a customer, was not a big deal. Our entire interaction with him included being yelled at and criticized. It was a horrible experience and we ended up walking away because I simply could not purchase from someone who was so rude. He was unwilling to work with us and have any discussion or negotiation at all. We asked for $500 off, because $1000 of repairs were going to be required, and he laughed in our faces. It was appalling and I hope he can learn from this review to treat his customers a little more humanely.
