I will tell my story about this service dept. and you can make up your own mind. I brought my Toyota there because they were the closes to my home ( still a 1 1/2 away ) This was last month, October for aproblem with my heater. Now mind you truck is still under the 36000 mile mark. I leave the truck for about 4-5 days for them to look at and fix because I had to go out of town. I called them while away, truck is done, so I make a time to pick it up. 2 weeks later the heater knob breaks, I called,l told them the problem and was told "at least it lasted a few weeks" ok, I think, this is a joke..hahaha. No joke, the service dept. person proceeds to tell me maybe something else is wrong with it ( I guess after 4-5 days looking at the heater they would know if there was anything else wrong. Guess not, and again because they were closer, against my better judgement, I made another appointment. In the meantime I received a survey from them, I filled it out honestly, excellent on all except the area of recommendation and service. Hey, just being honest. I got to my appointment, I am not on the books, they take me anyway. I tell them I will be staying with the truck because its too much going back and forth to home. I stay, walk to the mall, and about 1 1/2 later I get a call on my cell saying the truck is done. Great, warm truck again. I get to the service dept. Phil tells me what they found wrong with the truck, shows me the list of parts and calmly tells me to get it fixed somewhere else.. Ok I think, too complex for you to do so....oh no....Phil has told me, because I filled out the survey and said I would not recommend them as a dealer and there service was less then good, that they were refusing to service my truck!!!! Okie dokie Phil. Thanks for the loss of a whole day. End of story, Moral is "Phil if you thought that survey was bad. I have the whole internet to vent too as well as the BBB, Toyota, people in high places....
