Super Excited about my new Car!

by JoLin on 09/19/2018

I wasn't planning on buying a car today, just looking around. Andy was such a great salesman, the car was such a great deal, I couldn't pass it up. And now I'm driving a shiny new car! I'm in love!

Avoid These Guys

by zkgrow on 05/01/2018

If you want a horror story go here!!! they sold me a 1999 jeep wrangler i traded in my car for 1000$ and 1500 $ down payment and i had it for 3 weeks while financing was running little did i know htey sold me a jeep with cracked input shaft into the transfer case( which wouldn't be cracked under normal use, previous owner had cracked it going off-roading ) and then when it broke pulling out of my complex it broke off and broke my drive line and both yokes and then i went i went to the shop they said " get into us and we will get it taken care of" a total of a 2000 $ repair which i was under the impression they would cover the repair since they sold me a broke product but NOT they would only cover 1000 so i said no way and wanted my money back and my car but they ONLY GAVE BACK 500 OF MY DOWN PAYMENT lucky they still had my trade got that back too. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. i asked to talk to the manger and all i got was come on down and we will talk. so i come down and the person i was talking to just went the office and i never even saw the Jerry( the manger) [non-permissible content removed] long story short

Don't believe a word they say.

by dmshaw6 on 09/12/2017

Don't trust anything they say... Went there on Sept 5,2017 looked at a truck informed the sales guy ( Greg ) that we wanted to trade our truck but we knew we were upside down in it and wanted to know what the numbers would be for trading and purchasing this truck we liked, he went away and came back with what our payment would be ok thank you but it's more than we want to pay he started telling us that our truck wasn't going to pull the new camper we just bought and we needed this truck ect.. I stood up to walk away but my husband is a little more patient than I am so we stayed Greg really pushed to just pull our credit to see really what they could do ( I worked in finance I know what it does to your credit with each pull ) he kept trying to convince me that's not true it won't hurt your credit so we went ahead so know they have ALL the information they need and yes we can get you the financing with the payments you want we promise we have a bank that will work with the terms you need ect.. Still had to keep asking what are the final numbers for the purchase price and not until I got cranky about it did he finally give me the amount. So okay send us to the finance people but the guy who does that wasn't there so we signed everything with someone else and they would call the next day with the approval and again is a done deal we have guide lines for what this bank will do do we know it will work so they send you with the new vehicle and we off...no Val on Wednesday I called 3 times no call back, Thursday I call 3 times no call back so I call the bank that will do the loan and the terms and payment are way over what they told us I call them again no return call the bank calls them and tells then they have spoken to me then they finally answer my call and said I just need to be patient their finance guy will work it out I stress again I do not want my credit pulled again that they promised us 1 pull only we authorized 1 credit pull no more we were very clear on this so Friday comes Greg calls and they don't have an answer they will have an answer on Saturday for sure then Saturday he calls now it will be Monday so finally on Monday the finance guy calls at 7pm to say they got financing thru a different back after pulling our credit again and the terms are $125.00 more a month than what they promised on Tuesday night. The things that upset me the most is I told them about my experience with the last dealership we bought from and they guaranteed us that they were better than that their new owners were dedicated to treating people right and that would never happen with them and they did the same exact thing. 1- they pulled our credit without authorization.2- they make promised they can't keep hoping you'll love the new vehicle so much you'll keep it for more 3-they are no better than any other dealership. 4- questionable financing practices. 5-not sure who the new owners are but I can't imagine the company is going to do well with this kind of service.

Do not buy from them

by Wolvertonkylee on 04/17/2017

I don't even want to give them one star. They have been the worst company to deal with. I bought a jeep from them on January 31st it is now April 17th and I have yet to get my plates! Every time we call they tell us they will look into it and call us back, they have Never once called us back. We were told on many occasions the plates were sent. We call back a few days later and they are very Rude and disrespectful, all we are trying to do is get our stuff fixed, when we bought the jeep we had an agreement they would fix the cracked windshield and sew up a tear in the seat, which they did after bugging them about it for 6 weeks, the windshield wasn't put in right it leaks. We traded in a car, they didn't send in a payment for the pay off for 2 months, and now they say we owe them $350 because of there mistake. Also Everyone That was there when we bought the jeep were gone just weeks after because of other people with the same complaints. The new workers are even worse then the last, I have never been so disrespected in my life for wanting them to do the right thing. I would never recommend them to anyone.

service after you sign

by beegmiester on 09/08/2016

I bought a Chrysler town and country everything was great nice people. Then I signed contract everything changed I took the van for an oil change I needed the wheel lock key the sales man Andy said to call the dealership. Then certified auto where I got the oil change said I needed 700. Worth of new brakes before I even get plates I go to the salesman and he tells me it passed inspection so what now I'm very disappointed in the way I have been treated since buying the van I'm not going to salt lake Mitsubishi again.

SELLING BAD USED CARS

by lauralavigne47 on 08/30/2016

My son bought a 2005 Dodge diesel truck and took delivery in St. George Utah. Once he got it home he saw oil all over the under carriage and called SLC Mitsubishi, they acted like no big deal and said he can bring it to them and they'll fix or they'll pay the labor to fix in St. George. Once it got to the shop the mechanic saw water in the oil on the heads and said the motor hasn't been serviced at all. I happen to run a dealership myself and know this is unethical and misrepresentation to the customer. The GM will not return calls on the matter and they keep redirecting his calls. Don't purchase from these guys until you have your own mechanic check it out. We have contacted MVED of Utah to file a complaint and an attorney. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Do not order a car

by Mmw2313 on 06/17/2016

We recently attempted to order a 2016 outlander on March 28th from this dealership. Our experience with our salesman and finance person were the only positive aspects of our experience. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our car to come in. After 3 weeks we heard nothing. The dealership acted annoyed with our questions about our vehicle. The general manager, John, provided us with constantly changing dates as to when our car would arrive. He finally stated our car was in on May 10th. We arrived at the dealership only to discover it was the wrong car. He did not apologize saying he would throw in a few oils changes for our trouble. For the following weeks he would text us that our car was guaranteed by a certain date. That date would come and go. He stated it was because he did not know what was in his new shipment. I can track an amazon package. I have a hard time believing you can't track a $30,000 vehicle. When I requested a meeting with the owner of the company he stated that will not happen. When I called his manager, Andy, John text me to tell me he would cancel my order, when I did not state I wanted it canceled. I worked with Andy from then on. Andy would not answer my phone calls and I had to resort to calling the dealership and asking to be transfered to him. We found the exact car in Arizona that we had ordered. We gave Andy the information and asked if he could ship us that car. 2 days past. He claimed he had called the dealership but when we spoke with John he said that he was going to call but hadn't yet. After nearly 3 months of vague answers, suspicious circumstances and ignored calls we canceled our purchase. They made no attempt to keep us as costumers, offered us no compensation or incentives. They let two very unhappy costumers walk away. Do not go through Salt Lake Mitsubishi.
