The pandemic caused lots of trouble getting parts but Matt in the service department hung in there and got the right parts and got my car together. This was all under warranty so the dealership took care of everything. Lots of work for them but the result was great

Replace Hood

Thanks to the service department at LHM Ford in Provo the hood on our Explorer was replaced under warranty from Ford. The quality of the work was excellent. Not a single flaw.
Service assistant doubts everything

I have gone to this dealership multiple times and each time they have doubted the things that I say. I am very knowledgeable in cars and the service assistant tried to tell me that I didn’t even know the weather. I had a recall that flares up in freezing temperatures and instead of just offering to fix the problem the assistant told me that it hasn’t been freezing overnight even though there was frost on all of the cars at the dealership and the low temperature of the day was 17 degrees. I would never recommend this dealership. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer.

Good service overcharge and overtime

They did a good job. It took about a half hour longer than anticipated but they also checked out other items without me asking and advised me without charging me. They did charge me $13 for MISC which I didn't notice til after I left. The only service done was plugging into their computer and re-flashing my computer. So extra MISC charges were nothing but a way to pad the deal. Service writers were friendly and not pushy at all.
