Everyone is easy to work with, friendly, and welcoming. The dealer has made a name for themselves by selling at no more than MSRP making it a very reputable dealer name in Utah. While that does make the wait a bit longer considering the rising popularity, rest assured you will not be over charged or paying some stupid mark up. The Ed Kenley salesman are straight forward and upfront with everything. They kept me in the loop for the 18 months that I waited for my Bronco. Connor Kenley specifically went above and beyond with communication and I would say that he has a customer for life. Thank you Ed Kenley Ford for taking care of me and I will say you will be seeing me again as you truly have earned a customer for life.

Overall this was a very poor car buying experience. They had the car I was looking for, but that was about it. I was buying a used car so I knew it would have a couple things that weren't perfect. The sales rep and I agreed that the discussed issues would be fixed prior to final payment and picking up the vehicle. After leaving the vehicle with their service and detail shop for three days, the car still had issues and it looked like the inside wasn't even vacuumed or wiped down. I finally had to fix the issue myself that their repair shop couldn't seem to figure out. They wouldn't fill the tank on a $60k+ purchase. I was given the car with <10 miles until empty. I would not use Ed Kenley Ford or recommend them to anyone.

My Ed Kenely Ford dealer salesman Troy Arave told my he would order my 2023 F-250. No deposit was required. He said it would take six months to be built and shipped from factory to Ed Kenely Ford. He also said my only dealer fee would be a reasonable document charge. I drove 323 miles to purchase from Ed Kenely because I could not find any local dealers that would not price gouge and lie. I am very satisfied with Ed Kenely Ford and my 2023 F-250. Ed Kenely Ford realizes more than price of new vehicle and its quality is the buying experience or how I am treated as a person. Customers do not forget.

To the General Management of the Service Dept. at EKF in Layton. I am writing to you to express my disappointment in the service I received on 5/26/22. I had made an appointment (after receiving a notice from EDK) on a recall for my Explorer, almost 2 weeks in advance! I live 180 miles away - the Utah/Wyoming border. The appointment was made for 11:00 on 5/26/22. I arrived 10 minutes early & had to wait almost 15 minutes for Dave to come back to his desk. He then proceeded to tell me that they were very busy in the Service Dept. & I "might" be able to get my car completed in an hour but no promises! The Service Dept breaks for lunch at noon & wouldn't be back until 1:00!!!!! I could wait or just come back if I wanted. He also asked me why I didn't take my car somewhere closer to where I live!!!!! I asked why did I have to make an appointment then if it was going to take "awhile" just to replace the luggage rack covers on the roof of my car? I explained to Dave that I had driven down (3 hrs) especially for this appointment & that I had a very busy schedule & couldn't wait. He was NOT CONCERNED in the least at my predicament!!!!! My sweetie & his best friend buy "countless" trucks from EDK & he was very concerned when I told him what I had just gone thru!!!!! Please: In the future, if someone makes an appointment (they could've made it for any time & I would've been there at that time), to do everything in their power to get the customer in & out in a timely manner!!!!! Thank you for your attention to this!!!!!

Andrew was fantastic to work with. We had ordered our truck and waited for 8 months and he kept us informed of the process and steps along the way. We’re not car people. I ordered a Bronco Sport on line and had it come in through Ed Kenley Ford. It came in earlier than expected and we were in the middle of closing on a new home. Troy was our sales rep and he was excellent. He is a professional. He was very kind, helpful and went the extra mile for us. It was so good to feel that someone gets you and what you go through. He’s the best. The other staff like Hunter were were helpful and patient with us. Best car dealer experience thus far.
