Lies & stolen monies!

onI was lied to about the cancellation of my warranties and was lied to about my refunds as well! I’ve spoken with Steve, then Marty, then back to Steve! I’ve learned that HE received part of my monies on 3/28/22 and have yet to return it to me and I’m still waiting for my monies I was lied to about when selling my Tahoe. Steve cashed my Tahoe warranty in for the HE warranty on my truck without telling me and lied saying it just transferred over which it doesn’t. HE gets monies for every policy they sell for the car butler. I’m out monies! Steve called during spring break and said Ild receive monies back in several weeks but it’s been 2 months and when I call HE and leave a message, no one called back! I took my mileage paper in 1-31-22 and still haven’t received my monies! Not for my Tahoe I sold in November of 21 either!

Fixing hog-damaged Chevy Volt

onMy car got banged up from hitting a wild hog so I had it towed to Herb Easley for repairs. They were always friendly when I called during the six+ months they had my car (due to backordered parts which I don't blame them for), but the ONLY time they called ME was when the car was ready to pick up - even after other times they said they would call back when I asked for specific info. I asked them to take care of a software recall while they had it, which they said they did - but upon checking did NOT. They must have left the trunk open (where the 12V battery is located) and everything got horribly dusty & dirty & they didn't clean it up. They didn't fasten the battery, the battery shield or the styrofoam trunk spacer. The negative battery connector was loose and upon closer inspection they had used the wrong nut to tighten it. I did my best to assemble the trunk & battery compartment, but there were fasteners missing and also a nut extra. They didn't adjust the headlight on the side of the damage, it is pointing too high and is blinding drivers going opposite way of me. Other than that, it looks like they did a decent job on the actual repairs. You could argue that I could just take the vehicle back to them and have them rectify my issues, but unfortunately I live over 140 miles away.
