2017 Focus

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my Focus. I arrived on time, spoke with the tech and told him I would be in the waiting room. When he came to get me upon completion of the job, he found that I was crying. I told him that my sister had died two weeks ago. He was so kind and compassionate and asked if he could give me a hug. It’s little things like that that will keep me coming back to Waxahachie Ford.

I had received several oil change for free coupons when I purchased my Explorer in October, of 2020. But now that it was time for oil to be changed, wondered if I would be treated as a paying customer, or a nuisance with a free coupon. I was impressed with my service rep's response, and his courtesy. I was as pleased with the service I received, as I was when I went in to purchase my vehicle.

Death Wobble and Water Intrusion

My truck is a 2019 F-250 with approximately 21,000 miles on it. First notice the carpet on the driver side was soaked one day. Took it into Ford Waxahachie and they re-sealed the windshield. About 3 months later the truck did the "Death Wobble" on the interstate and I took it into Ford and they replaced the steering column damper. Soon after that, during a heavy rainy period, the floor pan on the driver seat started sloshing back and forth during start/stop. This time took it back to Ford, again, and they said the factory missed some weld spots that water was able to enter through. Waxahachie Ford sent it to their body shop and corrected the welds and they set me up with a loaner vehicle. Oh also, the horn was not working so they corrected that also. Right now just wondering what will go wrong next and wondering should I get the extended warrantee. I did ask to get a quote to change the rear window with one that has a sliding rear glass option. They never called me with the quote. Other than that, I'm happy with Waxahachie Ford.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Waxahachie Ford and there is a reason why! I did not need a car, but wanted something different. I had an excellent experience with Waxahachie Ford and especially with my salesman Justin! I will say that Justin is an extremely busy guy, but it because he is busy fulfilling every promise and making sure every customer is taken care of and satisfied with their purchase. There is no pressure to buy, he lines them up, let’s you test drive them all, and says let me know you want to talk further about numbers. We got an excellent price for my trade-in and I told them where I wanted to be on payment and they made it happen!
