While the service department is fairly quick, the marketing pitch to provide a loaner is fictitious. You must book a device a month in advance to “secure” a loaner and even then it may not be available. Just know that if you are a one car family or don’t happen to have an additional vehicle around, this may not be the dealership for you.

I bought the RS3 from North Park Audi and kept it immaculate for 18 months until the 2021 Audi TT RS showed up on the Floor there. I traded it in and they treated me great again. the Used 2019 RS3 they have FOR SALE is in Perfect Condition!!!
