Swapped tailgate

The tailgate on the truck I agreed to purchase had been stolen but they conveniently forgot tell me before I got there. They swapped the tailgate for one that was from a totally different truck. It also had a scratch on the paint and on the oval ...AND one logo was totally missing, and the camera wasn't working!!! After I questioned them, they still didn't tell me...offered $150 credit for paint! HUH?!!!

Horrible and my truck is still not fixed after several visits with rude, incompetent, lying people. I have never dealt with a group such unprofessional people who are suppose to be providing a service to customers.

Great Sales Experience!

My wife and I have purchased many cars in the last 42 years together and our experience at Chuck Nash took over our "number one best car buying experience" category! Our salesman Paul Patterson, Mark K. and the rest of the crew were great. Paul and the guys worked hard to get us into a new Silverado 1500 LT Crew at a mutually agreed upon price. We had fun, they had fun, a good time was had by all! We have already decided to make Chuck Nash our preferred dealer!

I had a prior problem w a Chuck Nash Salesman leading me in 2013 to purchase a 2012 from Covert GMC. Because of their customer service and respect I was driving 90 miles to get Truck serviced rather than the 12 miles to CN. Crytsal, the new customer service rep., at CN contacted and informed us that Customer Service attitudes had changed at CN and so we again decided to give them a shot. we were very pleased , we need to check about the servicing of all the extended warranty we purchased; which as was explained to me was dealership specific.

Radio/Sound Issue Resolved

Chuck Nash Service

I had my oil changed and a recall item taken care of. Fast and friendly service. Received a call that my car was ready. This is my second vehicle that i have purchased with Chuck Nash. I would like to see you add a personal touch with each oil change, vacuum of the car and clean the front windshield. Maybe after your 6th oil change or so, you get a free car wash. Some of the other places offer that service. I think if a customer stays loyal to Chuck Nash, they should have some type of personal incentive to keep on coming back.
