Had a great experience Buying our 2016 Dodge Journey! Jim Gilbert was our salesman , he was very friendly and positive! Joey was the finance manager and was equally great! I don’t have the best credit and they didn’t make me feel defeated.. they were very welcoming and willing to help. Thank you guys so much!!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Our family is growing and we found ourselves in need of a bigger vehicle. We found the perfect one at this hidden gem of a dealership. It’s off the beaten path but o believe that’s what made this experience by far and away the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We were met with friendly smiles and Jim, our salesman, was very personable, knowledgeable and best of all, not pushy in any way. We had three young teenage boys with us and Jim showed them some more “exciting” sports cars while we checked out the Tahoe we were interested in. And being 8 months pregnant, let me tell you I was so thankful that everything was so stress free! The car was clean and everything was nicely detailed under the hood which was a good indication to me of the standards upheld by the dealership. We will definitely be repeat customers and will highly recommend Rusel Felts to all our family and friends!

I really love my new Jeep Sahara Unlimited. This was the one! It was just as listed...perfect! John and Jim both responded quickly to my inquiries and Jim was extremely thorough in showing me everything about the vehicle. They were both fantastic in making the deal as easy as it could possibly be. John made me an offer I couldn't turn down. I ended up at this dealership after a day full of car shopping, and a terrible experience at another dealership. Jim was wonderful! He was patient, willing to do whatever he could to ensure I felt comfortable with the purchase of my vehicle. I never felt pressured during the process. I am extremely happy I found this dealership, and Me and my family will absolutely be coming here again when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. Easy Deal In San Antonio

I was looking for a good clean small economical vehicle for my daughter to use when she goes off to college. I began searching the internet and finally found one that appeared to meet all my qualifications at Rusel Felts. I called on a Monday and spoke to Jim Gilbert. I told him of the vehicle that had my interest. He said he would check out the vehicle, drive it around and check it out thoroughly and get back with me. A few hours later Jim called back and described every aspect of the vehicle even down to every small minor dings. I advised Jim I was extremely interested in the vehicle but could not make it to the dealership due to the fact I live in Houston. He said no problem and would hold the vehicle for me. My wife and I arrived Saturday morning. The vehicle was parked right up front and waiting. The first person I met was Jim. The car was exactly as he described. No surprises whatsoever. The car was perfect for my daughter. Jim and Joey were both great. It was probably the easiest car buying experience I have had. Jim thanks again for all your assistance. Rusel Felts will be the first place I look if I find myself in the used vehicle market. Joey thank you as well.

After looking for a Chevy Silverado every where , finally I found it at Rusel Felt Motor . Staff was great , Joey with financing is amazing . Cesar welcomed us at door and did a great job showing us the truck From time we got there till we came out with my 2016 Chevy Silverado every one there was great . Besides all that they have great variety of vehicles at great prices . I would highly recommend Rusel Felt Motors to anyone out there searching for a pre owned vehicle. From The Very Beginning

I had been searching all across the U.S. for a gently used, pre-owned 2010 BMW 535i xDrive Touring Sports Wagon. I found it at Rusel Felts Motor Company in San Antonio, TX in July 2017, I live in Philadelphia, PA. From the very beginning with my initial contact with their salesperson Cesar, I knew that I wanted to do business with this dealership. I had never purchased a used vehicle long distance before. I felt comfortable with the sales and delivery process of my vehicle. Recently, some mechanical issues developed with the vehicle that no one could have foreseen in just 4 months. I live in a rural area, so most of the time I have to contact dealerships 3-6 hours away. Bigger dealerships are horrible at keeping the communication lines open, and take days to respond, by then the vehicle you want is sold. Rusel Felts Motor was the complete opposite! They kept constant communication! Their finance team had an approval within 24hrs and not only that, the best interest rate any other dealer was able to offer!! I definitely recommend this dealership!! Awesome and excellent service! I will be back for another vehicle for sure! Again thank you!

I was looking for a chevy c2500. I searched on line and found 3 trucks after viewing the two other one s over priced i kept looking till i called jim at rusel felt.i called and arranged to see the truck I f available. It was so i gps the location a little hiddin gem of a dealership. Jim and his staff friendly and showed me the truck and offered others. I test drove the truck and we purchased the truck after inspection clean well kept good price. Jim Gilbert keep up the great and honest work. A+ welcome Recommend to family & friends.
