Fernando did an amazing job helping my wife and me get into our new car. This was the best experience I’ve had buying car, from Fernando working with us and being patient while my kids ran around to Jerry in the finance office I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. A1 service guys

Underwhelmed

Identified and bought/financed a car on the web from them. All that needed to be done was test drive and sign papers. The salesman seemed uninterested in my business although all he had to do was sit in the back seat for the test drive for the car as already sold and try to act cheerful. Once that was done turned over to finance which was pleasant enough. Once complete in that department he called the intercom for the salesman to come and deliver the car. He never showed so I went back to his desk and found the keys on his desk and went looking for the car I had just purchased. Found the car after 10 minutes or so and drove home. I guess he did not make enough money on the deal and lost interest. Once home I called XM to activate radio and was told someone at the dealership had activated it and I needed to get them to deactivate it if I wanted service. I wont even bother. Needless to say I will not be back.

Great car buying experience! I am so glad I decided to come to North Park Volkswagen. Andrew Humphreys made my car shopping experience pleasant and smooth. He answered all my questions honestly and took the time to explain my options. Before i came to Northpark Volkswagen I had gone to two other dealerships and i was a very dissapointed with the customer service i received. I almost gave up on buying a car that day, but I am so glad I went to North Park Volkswagon. I don’t ordinarily write reviews but after purchasing a car from Zane Bents with North Park Volkswagen I decided that a review was due. What a great Volkswagen dealership - large inventory, excellent service and attentive personnel from the GM to my salesman Zane Bents. Zane could not have provided better service. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to complete a deal. Could not have had a better experience.

Disappointed

We bought a Used Volkswagen & it only had one key & we had to pay 100 for a second key. I am now sitting on side of road in the dark waiting for a tow truck cause they failed to give us the key to the lug nuts & The roadside service could not change my Tire. That key should have been with the car When we bought it.

Unimaginable Experience

I have been to several car dealerships in my life and never has anyone worked as hard as Mario Espinosa did for me. He new my current situation and completely took control. He took away my worries and concerns! He was willing and determine to get me in a car and was not going to stop until he found that outlet! I never usually take the time to write reviews, but this time I felt the need. The experience and high level of customer service I received from Mario Espinosa and Glen Fowler was exceptional!! I have been a repeat customer here (including family members) because of these two. The service I have experienced here is unmatched at any other dealer I have previously been to. They were tremendously helpful and patient with me in learning the aspects of my new car and the entire purchasing process, I never once felt pressured! If you want the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service definitely go see these two!

New 2017 Golf TSi

We bought a new 2017 Golf TSi from North Park VW. Our sales person was Mathew. He was straight forward and honest with us. The Manger was Glen, and he was a straight shooter. He did not try and low ball us on our trade in. Our trade was worth what it was worth, regardless of the vehicle we were buying or the price we were trying to negotiate. There was no see-sawing on the price. They were professional, down to earth, and and very transparent. Glen got busy with another customer, so on some follow up service (tint, pin striping, etc) and paperwork, so I received a call fro the General Manager. Very nice and easy to communicate with. It was great to see their team work in a positive way, not in a "gang up on you way". No one talked down to us or treated us like we did not know how to purchase a car. (I am 49, so I have bought MANY cars before). This was one of the best, if not THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. They even researched all the models with the exact features and color my wive wanted, in the entire state of Texas, and once they found one, had the vehicle transported to their dealership, all the way from from Mission Texas, without so much as asking for one penny from us. We bought it the next day. No hassling or high stress. I cannot stress how easy, low pressure, transparent and pleasant the buying process was.
