Very pleasant buying experience

Being an overseas customer that lives 5300 miles away from North Park Lincoln I had an tremendous good buying experience at this dealership. Looking for an 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV for almost 6 months, a car that cannot be found for an reasonable price in Europe, I finally ended up at North Park Lincoln. The moment I asked for information on the Caddy they had for sale, Michelle Sipsas took me by the hand and assisted me every step of the way in a professional and pleasant manner. You wish there where more dealers like this one, being customer friendly the moment you contact them. If, for some reason, I would buy another vehicle from the States again I will most certainly start shopping at North Park Lincoln in San Antonio Texas.

I live 300 miles away from North Park Lincoln, but they had the exact car on order that we were looking for. I emailed Ricky Tejada a number of times and he always kept me informed of the vehicle's status over several months. We ended up making the drive to purchase the car and it was a very easy experience. Ricky went over all the features of the car before we left the lot and we are very pleased with it and with the attention we received at North Park. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle there in the future.

I can not say enough about my wonderful salesman Ricky Tejada of North Park Lincoln. I live 250 miles away from San Antonio. I called my local Lincoln dealer and told them what I wanted which was a hybrid plug in Lincoln Corsair gently used but I was told they could not get it for me. Then after further research, I contacted Mr. Tejada who found me the exact car I wanted! Of course I was skeptical buying a car from 250 miles away but he was fantastic and offered me the reassurances I needed. He even Delivered the car to me! The loan manager from the dealership, Mike Yuretich was fabulous as well and contributed greatly to the overall positive experience. He made the application and loan quick and easy! I love my car. I've had it 2 months and still on my second tank of gas! I drive it everyday. It's Amazing. I would have never had it without the help of Mr. Ricky Tejeda.

Best Experience w Casper and Joseph

I went to North Park Lincoln after looking on their site for a pre-owned vehicle. I found a few that I wanted to look at and test drive. I sent in my inquiry, they set me up with Casper and Joseph. I am a very strong believer in that everything happens for a reason. They were the perfect team for me! So patient! I looked at about 4 - 5 vehicles over the course of 3 days. I was nervous in looking at used cars as all of my previous vehicles, Toyotas, were all purchased New, but: 1. Lincoln doesn't make the MKZ anymore (that's what I purchased. A beautiful Reserve model that I absolutely LOVE) and 2. even if they did, it would be out of my price range for a brand new one. Each day I went, Casper was so helpful, never looked, acted or appeared to be annoyed with me even though I was annoying myself lol with feeling indecisive, but he was always so nice, and so patient. I never felt pressured or made to feel as though I was wasting their time. His assistant, Joseph, was very helpful as well. Him too, very responsive and attentive and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Even the finance representative was awesome. Overall it was a great experience and I love my car, and happy that I went to North Park Lincoln and had the best sales team I've ever dealt with.

Our experience with North Park Lincoln was the absolute best car-buying experience I’ve encountered in the last 30 years of buying vehicles from dealerships. Our salesman, Shelby was professional, courteous, a very effective communicator and had a heart to ensure my wife and I were happy with North Park Lincoln. When we contacted North Park to confirm availability of the vehicle we desired, we advised we lived 300 miles away and due to the ice storm which hit North Central Texas in early February ’23, we were unable to travel to the dealership to make the purchase until the roads were cleared a few days later. Shelby offered to deliver the vehicle to us! I was amazed at his offer. However, my wife and I decided to make it a fun day trip. To secure the vehicle, Shelby offered to hold the vehicle with a small deposit. We obliged and provided the deposit. Shelby and the Business Manager, Mike made the process so easy. We are so thankful to the entire crew at North Park. We love our vehicle and definitely recommend North Park Lincoln.

Casper was excellent. Process was easy, vehicle was waiting for me when I got there. Got an excellent price for my trade and the process was quick. There was a key that was not traded in with the vehicle that I purchased and Casper told me he will send it thru mail. Not everywhere you get that service. I drove almost three hours to get the car and there is no dissatisfaction on doing it

On 06/20/2022, I traded my 2022 Lincoln Aviator for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator HYBRID. Well, about one hour into owning my new Aviator, the air conditioning stops working, right when you needed it the most, the temp was 105. So I call Ricky Tejada (my sales representative), I explain my situation, I'm too far into my trip home to just turn around. Ricky is tracking down every mechanic to try and figure out what to do. So collectively we tried everything, too including the dealership I caught, just before closing, but they needed more time, which they didn't have at the moment. So on Tuesday, I called Gene Messer Ford/ Lincoln, and the service representative tells me they will need the car for 7 to 10 days. I called Ricky again and before you know it he's calling me with an appointment. The service tech determined what the problem was and the part was ordered. The moral of this is if your looking for a new or used car or truck, go to North Park Lincoln, San Antonio, TX and ask for Ricky Tejada. He truly believes in taking care of the customer. I drove over 7 hours to buy this car and I'm happy I did.

Casper and all members of North Star Lincoln listened to my wants in a replacement for my MKC. Had several test drives and tried out features of Corsair and Nautilus. In the end, we found a very low mileage 2021 Corsair Reserve with the multi-adjustable seats that my partner needed. Joseph, Casper’s assistant, was patient and easy going showing us all the features and their operation. Mr. Hinohosa in Finance talked me through the money options to help me achieve my happy numbers. All in all, I feel Casper and North Park Lincoln treated me like a valued customer; similar to a family member. I appreciate Casper for making my decision-making low stress and easy. This was my 3rd purchase at North Park Lincoln at San Pedro. If looking for a next car, I recommend talking with Casper and All at North Park Lincoln where they have a variety of vehicles in stock.

Casper Kasperski informed us about a new Nautilus we would be interested in per our needs and options we desired. We made the trip after reviewing the nice video of the vehicle. The vehicle was the exact optioned Nautilus my wife wanted. We put down the deposit and scheduled the delivery. The delivery went as smooth as we like and will get our next Lincoln from NP and Casper. Top notch zero pressure salesman.
