Never Ever

I took a friend of mine to European Motors to purchase a car. This was my first time visiting this car lot, the customer services was like none other and the salesman was professional and experienced. I have never ever had the opportunity to sit and talk with the owner of any dealership. It was so rare and Awesome, when I realized that my friend and I was sitting down laughing and talking to the owner for an hour. European Motors has raised the bar for all dealerships to follow. My friend is so happy with her BMW that she purchased from this amazing dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle from European Motors. Thank you for an example of great CORE values.

One of the best car dealers in DFW by far. They treat you with respect and honesty. Great customer experience and good collection of pre-owned cars. The owner was terrific and received me as one of his own family. Bruce in specific helped me out with multiple cars before I decided to purchase the car. I recommend to check their car collection before you go anywhere else..

My boyfriend purchased an Infiniti G37 from this dealership yesterday. Bruce Aliha was our salesman and he was excellent!!! He was kind, patient, and extremely personable! He took the time to answer all of our questions and allowed us to use his desk phone and computer to process the loan from the bank. The dealership closes at 6:30pm, but he stayed until approximately 8:00pm when the sale was completed. He has a wife and young daughter at home. The entire process took about 2.5 hours and we were very satisfied with the car selection, prices, and staff. Thanks again Bruce!

Outstanding service, No pressure

I just purchased a 2016 BMW 535d from European Motors. The sales rep, Amir, was extremely helpful, allowing me to test drive multiple vehicles at my leisure. Even after I went back and forth on a number of cars, Amir continued to answer my questions. The finance guy, Sam, was outstanding to work with, no pressure, was able to drive away in less than an hour after making my decision. Entire process from start to finish was as smooth as I could possibly want. Cars are very, very clean as well, at a great price!

If you want a nice clean used luxury car at a good price go see these people. Ask for Amir. I specifically asked to be treated a certain way and they respected my wishes to the letter. That is rare. I bought an Audi and a Kia on the same day and all told I spent less than an hour there. The cars a great, were fairly priced and the guys are super nice. I'll go back next time I need a car for certain.

Outstanding vehicles and service

This was truly one of the finest automobile purchasing experiences that I have ever encountered. I was assisted by Bruce, who was most pleasant, straight forward and made the transaction incredibly simple. I came in to look at a particular Lexus which was a nice car and he helped me into an Acura which was a better fit. We had the pleasure of meeting with the owner Russell who made the visit an absolute joy. I am looking forward to doing business with this exceptional dealership from here on out. The inventory is an extensive selection of solid automobiles at great prices. Thanks again so much for the great car, fantastic service and unforgettable experience that will undoubtedly result in a lasting relationship.

2009 base model corvette

Approximately 1 month ago I purchased a 2009 Chevy Corvette, when I went to pick it up the vehicle it was immaculately clean with a full tank of fuel. The salesman was very low keyed with no pressure what so ever, I met the owner who was an extremely friendly and helpful gentleman. They even put it on a rack to allow me to inspect the undercarriage. After I left the dealer ship I had a “check engine light” about 5 miles away When I called back they said to please come back and they would resolve the issue. After I returned they found that one of the catalytic converters was bad. They went ahead and replaced both at of them for around $1000 which came directly out of their profit margin. While they had the repairs being taken care of they gave me a Lincoln continental loaner car. I’ve had no further issues and am extremely happy with my purchase.

Sales Review - 1997 Artic White Corvette

I hope that everyone will take the time to read this review of European Motors. I, being a senior citizen from Charleston, South Carolina, have been looking for an Arctic White C-5 Corvette for close to a year. Having dealt with previous dealerships, getting the same old used car run around, being shown wore out and ragged out cars at a premium price, I scanned through Car Guru and then I came upon European Motors in Plano, TX. Low and behold what did they have but an Arctic White C-5 Corvette with 27,000 miles on it with one owner. Looked great by the pictures so I made a phone call and spoke with my soon to be salesman, Bruce. Bruce was very professional and knowledgeable as to my concerns of the vehicle. Feeling this was too good to be true, Bruce insured me that everything he discussed with me about the vehicle is true. I thanked him and told him that I would give him a call the next day after I thought about it, being that the dealership was so far away. After thinking about it, I did call back the very next day and spoke with Sam, the Finance & Insurance Manager. After a rather lengthy conversation concerning the vehicle, he assured me that the vehicle was everything that he represented it to be and more. So I went ahead and said that I would catch a flight to go to the dealership in TX to see the vehicle and if it was indeed was it was represented it to be, I would purchase the vehicle. Sam assured me that he would hold the vehicle for me. To show you how this dealership rolls, I was met in the airport in an high end Audi Coop, bright red, driven by a gentleman named Mark. Mark also showed lots of concern about my flight considering I was 4 1/2 hours late. He filled me in with some of the information about the dealership in reference to it being family owned and operated and that it was a high end dealership with Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar, Maserati, etc.. I was greeted with coffee and snacks by a well dressed salesman named Bruce. Then I met Sam, which had the keys to the vehicle. He then gave me the keys and told me to go check it out. No pressure what so ever. Mark had the car completely serviced, detailed, full of fuel, and new tires ready for me to go because I had made my mind up to purchase it and drive it back to South Carolina. Sam knew if I liked the car, that I was going to buy the car. He had all my paperwork ready for me to sign. I was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. I would strongly urge anyone looking for a high end car or suv to give these guys a shot. They have an awesome dealership with an immaculate service department. They are the real deal. It was absolutely with out a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I feel like I have made 3 new friends in TX which means alot to me and would mean alot to you. So a big Thank you to Sam, Bruce, and Mark. I love my car it is awesome!

Purchase of my 2014 BMW

i purchased a 2014 BMW 535 from European Motors and I could not have asked for a better buying experience. I worked with both Amir and Sam to get all information and details on the car. From the very start they were both up front and helpful and never pushy or aggressive towards me like you generally expect. Once we got to final negotiations, Amir turned me over to Sam to finish the sale. Sam was very professional,informative, and cooperative with me from the start and he even agreed to work with me on shipping both cars since I live in Louisiana and could not make the drive over. I just received my car in today and I could not be more pleased with the car and the people I worked with at European Motors. My BMW is everything and more than I expected since I bought this car unseen and over the internet. The purchase of the BMW was smooth and then their 2 year maintenance plan just made things just that much better. I highly recommend this company for any and all used cars and I don't think you can go wrong when you buy a car from Sam, Amir, or anyone else in European Motors family.

These guys know how to do business the right way - with the customer as the most important part of the sale. The overall customer experience was phenomenal, and Sam was especially great! He made it easy and painless to get a very fair deal on my Q5, with competitive interest rates, AND he had the best extended warranty around - I checked with two other dealerships for extended warranties on comparable Q5's and called a third-party warranty company to get a quote. All of them were MORE expensive for LESS coverage. The best testament I can give anyone reading this review is that I will absolutely talk to the Sam and the guys at European Motors in Plano, TX before anyone else the next time I need a high-quality used car. Thank you Sam and Team!

Best car buying experience ever!

I bought a 2013 Mercedes Benz from Bruce. I’m 55 years old and I’ve bought many cars over the years. Bruce was the best Salesman I’ve ever encountered. He did not pressure me at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and forthright. He made sure I had enough time to make my decision. I knew from the start that I found the best car, for the best deal, at the best dealership and the best salesman. After I purchased the car, there was a faulty sensor. Bruce told me to bring it right back and he made sure the sensor was replaced and at no charge! Great Sales Team Great Vehicles

Bought a Toyota Tacoma from these guys. Low pressure sales; they let you know what they can and can't do, in a friendly manner. They showed me other prices for similar vehicles in the area (through cars.com), and even pulled up Carfax reports on a couple of them. Mark, the owner, was great. Negotiating was tough, but fair and we shared some laughs once it was all done. Ryan my sales guy was polite, patient and willing to go to bat for me. Their selection is top notch and at great prices. The whole staff was very friendly. Needless to say, I was satisfied. Highly recommend them.

My experience with European Motors was absolutely AMAZING. I am located in the West Texas area and found them online. I called to get an inquiry on a Lincoln MKZ they had. I was greeted on the phone by Amir Hazrati and he worked with me through the whole processes. He kept in contact with my Credit Union Loan officer and basically did all the work from there. I didn't feel no pressure whatsoever and it was a huge relief off my back. I flew out to the DFW airport on Friday and was greeted by Luis one of their workers at the airport who took me to the agency. Upon arrival, Amir greeted me at the door and made me feel right at home. I strongly recommend this company for any purchase you might need. Their environment is free of stress and very clean. Amir kept in contact with me when I left and was checking on my safe return home. I will most DEFINITELY purchase from them again.
