The prices on the automobiles and your trade-in will be reasonable, the purchasing procedure will be simple, and I left with a wonderful bargain on my new F150 Lightning. Wow! Excellent service that revolved around my needs and wants! No pressure, no back and forth.. just helpful, honest and caring service. I had previously gone to Bert Ogden Fiesta Chevrolet and felt so rushed and they kept pushing for me to get a car I did not want. I am so glad I decided to go back to Spikes because Lalo was able to help me out with no rush. Lalo allowed me to choose which ever vehicle I liked and provided awesome customer service. I was so surprised how fast the process was. The only thing that my vehicle is missing wifi, but I think that might be an easy fix when I take the vehicle back for window tint and to get the second key. I am so happy with my new Bronco Sport 2023.

I bought my tires for a Honda Pilot at Spikes and was very impressed with quality of work and also with the friendly people that assisted me on my visit at Spikes. I was especially impressed with the assistance offered by an employee named Judy. I asked about the cost of oil changes for diesel trucks and while not cheap it was reasonable and considering the quality of work very well worth it. While Judy' s name is the only one that came to mind the other employees were also very friendly and helpful.

Spikes Ford has been the best Ford Agency I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many new and used car agencies over the last forty years! From their service personnel to their sales agents, you can expect to be treated like royalty, above and beyond! Not only are they friendly and dependable but they become family, even offering their own personal vehicle to use while your vehicle is being serviced. Who does that? Only a top company!
