Bought car, paid in full but the car has a lien under another name

Bought a car from these guys back in January 2020 did all the paperwork, closed sale. Got a temp plate that expired late March. I was told the title would be mailed to me before the expiration date. Temp tag is expired and no title. I researched the VIN number and found that the car is titled in someone else's name which has an open lien on it with Chase bank....This guy also has 4 other cars in his name. I have received no phone calls from these guys and I have called several times. Do not buy cars from these [non-permissible content removed]. This issue will be taken care of I promise that!

my fiancé after sitting at chevy all day on a 2010 jeep that was entirely over priced for them to not want to work number we get here just to look and adam was amazing there was no working number no bargain nothing he got us in and did everything that he could to help us get a jeep! as well as we got an amazing deal on the jeep too! definitely recommend this place to anyway !! if you want a easy smooth no hassle process

As soon as I walked in the door I felt like family. Also, a reason I would recommend this place and come back again myself is because the process was so fast. Something I really dread about the car buying experience is waiting around. I was in and out with in a hour driving off in my new G-wagon. They are honest people, check them out.

After searching for my ideal vehicle for the best price on Carqurus for a couple weeks, i found it at Dallas Drive and immediately sent an inquiry one evening before going to bed. Needless to say that early the following morning I received a message from Adam at the dealership. I immediately contacted the dealership by phone and spoke to Ray who provided me all the information I needed on the vehicle and later sent me a Purchase Order so I could arrange financing. Considering I would be traveling from Memphis about 5 days later, I was able to put down a small deposit on the vehicle over the phone with a credit card, until I could secure financing and arrange travel to pick up the vehicle more than 450 miles away in Texas. My travels plans put in the Dallas area at 6:00 a.m and even though the dealership doesn't open until 10:00, Adam and Ray arrange to open up early to allow me to take delivery of the vehicle. Believe it or not, within about 90 minutes or so, I was back on the highway headed back to Memphis in my vehicle. Oh by the way, Adam picked up breakfast for me which I eat while Ray completed the paperwork; just what needed after an 8.5 hours bus ride through the night. With all of that said, these guys understand customer service, which they were on top of everything from start to finish as they worked hand and hand with me and my loan representative to make the transaction so seamless. In terms of price, I have out of curiosity, continued to search similar vehicles within 500 miles of Memphis to see if I could beat the price I paid for my vehicle and I haven't been able to find anything close to price that I paid. Hats off to Adams and Ray for their customer service and putting me in my vehicle at an unbelievable and unbeatable price.

I bought my truck at Dallas Drive in Mesquite Tx and must say I am very happy with it. They done what they said they would and even drove the vehicle to my job for me to look at because I work alot!! Customer service was beyond great and I am happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them if needed. Keep up the good work. I wasn't easy to win over but the customer service and good price sold me on the truck. My sales guy Ray was patient with me and made the deal sweet and easy. Thanks, Happy Customer

Professional and Amazing Customer Service!

Purchasing a car from Dallas Drive was the easiest and most relaxing purchase I've made. I was interested in the 2015 435i BMW they had in stock. I emailed them and got a response back the very next morning! Lawand was very helpful and filled me in on everything regarding the car. When I came to see the car, I realized the driver side mirror needed to be replaced. Lawand said that he will order one and replace it for me. The car also notified that an oil change was needed as well and he took care of that as well. The process was so fast and easy and after all the paperwork, they brought me my car which was freshly detailed and washed. A few days after my purchase, I got a follow up call from Lawand and was asked if everything was okay and if I was loving my new car. He then mentioned that my driver side mirror came in and he was ready to change it out for me! He kept his word and all the promises he made to me. Everything was done so professional and quickly with no stress whatsoever. I will definitely recommend Dallas Drive to all my family and friends!

Buyers Beware

Worst experience ever dealing with [non-permissible content removed]. This is why people hate stealerships. Typical bait and switch [non-permissible content removed], the advertisement says one thing and reality is harsh. Truck was shown one price with 167XXX miles, turns out to be overpriced lemon with 7000 more miles than advertised. Title was supposed to be clean but was actually salvage after being totaled by hail. These [non-permissible content removed] stole a $3000 deposit that will take legal action to recover. These are the guys you have been warned about. Too much other negatives to list.

After doing a considerable internet research on the vehicle I was interested in, I narrowed my search down to 3 or 4 vehicles. I gave Justin a call at Dallas Drive and schedule a test drive on my first choice for the next morning. Justin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and allowed me to spend as much time as I needed to really go over the car, inside and out, and then do a test drive. After my test drive I was convinced that this was the one I wanted over the other choices I was considering. In short order we were able to come to terms and by that afternoon I was driving home in my new car. It was a great experience and Justin and Dallas Drive couldn't have been better to deal with.

Found a 2 door Cadillac CTS on autotrader.com, called Ray at Dallas Drive and he personally walked the vehicle and checked it out for me. Drove 5 hours from Little Rock and was not disappointed. Car was in great shape, drove like it was brand new and got an excellent price. Will definitely look to them again when buying another car.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used FJ Cruiser for my son from Dallas Drive.They have a nice efficient operation, keeping inventory fresh and operational expenses low. Their business model seems to be the same as Texas Direct Auto but on a smaller scale. Unlike TDA , I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner , Lawand who was very sharp and obviously took the customer experience seriously. No games just a fair price on vehicles that he personally buys, has professionally inspected clearing up any maintenance issues before pricing vehicle. They clearly want long term clients not one time customers. Thank you Justin for the quick response to my inquiry and help us through the buying process.

He took the time to answer all of our questions and when we asked to get the car checked out at a mechanic, he and the team at Dallas Drive didn't hesitate.
