That was the worst experience I’ve had buying a car. The salesperson doesn’t know anything about the cars, like the features and stuff. I bought a car without the features I wanted. 1 day after the purchase I saw the car I bought one trim higher just for 1k plus, with all the features I wanted and the one I was going to be 100% satisfied, and my question is why did they not show me this option? Why did they not show me other options? When I found this car I asked them if I could replace the car I would even pay the difference in cash, they did not want to help me with that. I am very frustrated and disappointed and I’ll have to stay at lest years with a car that I hated.

I was hearing an unusual sound from my truck’s engine compartment and needed help identifying and resolving it. I took it to another certified service department (Reliable Chevrolet) first and they had no success. After 2 days with it they told me they fixed it but after I got it back the noise was still present. I decided to bring it to McKinney Buick GMC to get a different set of eyes on it. Not only did they correctly diagnose the problem but they resolved it within 3 days AND they gave me a very nice and clean loaner vehicle to use while they had my truck (Reliable didn’t offer that option at all). My service coordinator was friendly and stayed in communication with me throughout the process and the whole process from beginning to end was truly excellent!

New Car Sales

I would like to thank Caleb and Mark for delivering to me the perfect truck. A special thanks to Justin Sutton, he is my service tech and was very instrumental with helping me with my 2016 Sierra, which was a Lemon. Justin reached out to Mark to find me a new truck. Mark did. At the sale Mark was busy with another sale so he had Caleb help me. All three were a great help to and for me. This is my dealership and these are my new friends.
