I purchased a Cadillac SRX there did all my edmunds research as I always do when purchasing a new car. I have purchased new cars for years. I started by doing an internet contact with Hoffpauir. Was contacted next day by Dave B. Super nice, found a white on on their web site, he said someone was already coming to see it, so we went anyway to look at some others and take a test drive. Was greated by mnay very polite and nice guys just trying to help. Asked fro Dave. I can tell you if you h ave been in Texas long, all f these guy are the real deal. Extremely friendly and just great. Drove one and yes the one we were there looking at was being sold as we were there. The were totally up front with cost and no games here at all. Knowing what the invoice wasm MSRP and true market value. (Thanks Edmunds) but, Dave showed me all of that as well and as always all within just a few dollars. We came home and Dave was searching for another White one (2013), hard to find. Found some in Dallas and Norman OK. So I just decided to go with the one we drove (Black) great 20" crome wheels and tires. Dave made us fantastic deal, it was a bit more than I wanted so spend but Dave made us a fantastic deal and by now I totally trusted him and liked him. We were well under invoice. I knew what my trade was worth Trade in value, Private resale and full retail. Not much since it was 15 years old and had 175000 miles on it, but it was in very good shape. We they appraised it and I got more than private re sale value for it. This is long, I know, but I know have a fastastic dealership I will buy more cars from. This was the overall best experience and trustworthy experience I have ever had and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone andy time. All excellent in my reviews.
