Terrible experience at West Houston Infinity

I purchased a certified used car. When test driving the car, it made a strange noise which was later fixed. When I went to financing, all paperwork was completed as of that day even though the car was not given to me that day. It took them 3 days to fix and my warranty and paperwork still shows an incorrect date. The trunk matt, also had oil on it which was no big deal after I cleaned it. After cleaning the car, I discovered the left blinker was cracked also. I discovered the blinker less than a week after purchasing the vehicle and contacted the sales rep. West Houston infinity is refusing to replace the part and is charging me 500 for the blinker. I will never purchase another infinity from this dealership. When disputing with the service department their statement to me was “you need to bring the loaner back as we have people waiting for a loaner”. Talk about rude and terrible customer service. DO NOT SHOP OR GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!

My wife and I were very please about our new car. As soon as we open the entrance door a lady with smile open the door for us and asked what can she do for us. Then a sale ref. Approached us with a big smile, that was very pleasing you feel very special. People are very nice and accomodating.

This was seriously THE best car buying experience in my life. It was easy, no haggle and true to price. The salesmen I dealt with (Chris, Daniel and Jack) were knowledgeable and patient, answering any questions I had no matter how many there were! Ki, the financial manager who helped me sign, was absolutely amazing. Explained all my options fully but was not pushy. Excellent customer service!

Buying new car at West Houston Infiniti was very pleasant experience for me. George, the sales person was very polite, accommodating and friendly, he very quickly understood my needs. Had a need to quickly get into a new car after Hurricane Harvey washed away my vehicle. The sales team at WH Infiniti made it very easy to get into a new car and a new lease at the price needed. And we got it all done in less than 3 hours. Took an Uber in and drove my new Q50 S out.

This was the third Infiniti I purchased from this dealership. My previous JX35 was lost to Harvey flooding. I purchased the current version of the vehicle. The experience with the dealership was excellent. Dwayne showed me the car that met my requirements and I purchased. Hart, the General Manager, Dwayne and I met and closed the deal quickly. They were sensitive to insurance claim funding and my need to delay receiving delivery. Dwayne has been especially helpful to meet my needs for special consideration of my circumstances. My past experience with the Service Dept has been excellent. I have had all service on my previous cars done at this dealership and plan to do the same this time.

I bought a Q50s Redsport here in October of 2016 and had a great experience. When my Redsport was drowned by Harvey, I returned to WHI's Mike Rasco to sell a car to me. Once again, the service and knowledge provided by Mike, his sales manager Justin, and F&I guy Ki was exceptional. This time, I bought a Q50S 3.0 twin turbo. I'll do my best to keep this one above water. When I scraped a wheel and needed an oil change on my previous car, Bennie in service was outstanding. With bumper to bumper protection, I look forward to seeing him again.

Professional from the start. Mr. Koo Kao, the Infiniti Sales Rep demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish. He knew his product and his competition. He followed up after our "several" visits but was never pushy. His Sales Manager, Justin, was equally professional. My wife and I were shopping three different Manufacturers and in the final analysis, we bought from the people we liked, got a fair deal, and extremely pleased with our choice of vehicle, the QX-60. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Koo Kao to anyone that doesn't like the overall task of car shopping. He and the dealership easily remove any anxiety.
