I purchased a car there 8 weeks ago. They added a package to the price and told me that it is a mandatory package that is added to every Volvo car sold in the US. It turned out that this is a lie. The next day when I checked with the Volvo customer service, I was told that this package doesn't exist. They overcharged me about $1000 for that. Moreover, I called the DMV and the county tax office, and found out that they even didn't submit the title transfer and registration after 8 weeks. They are required to do so within 30 days of the completion of the purchase. Don't go there!!!!!
