20000 mile check up

From making the appointment to leaving with my car after service went very smooth. I was expecting a big bill but was charged less than $100. They kept me up to date about the service and what they were observing about my car. I hope all continues to remain as it has so far. I had gone to another dealer which was closer to me for my last "check up" and was given a very large estimate for the service. I will not return to them although they are much closer to me. I do feel that Russell and Smith Mazda are a really honest dealer with their service.

Used Car Purchase

Sales was fantastic. If you go, ask for Doug. He is honest, upfront and knows the vehicle well. Purchases a 2020 Mazda CX-5. Again, Doug was great. Get there to pick up the vehicle and it did not look like it had be cleaned like a dealer typically does. Also, this was certified yet the passenger seat headrest could not be adjusted. It came off when trying to raise it up. Also there were stains on the roof, in the inside of the car. Doug had to clean himself. Again, if you go here, ask for Doug!! He goes above and beyond. With Doug, I had a 2min phone call and within an hour of going to the dealer (the next morning), all paperwork was signed and purchase completed. On the flip side, make sure everything (car cleaned, get a 2nd key if its certified, etc.) else is done properly as well.

I appreciate the friendly, professional customer service provided by Service Advisor Alfredo Vega. He always clearly explains any maintenance issues needed and service costs involved. He double checks paperwork and makes sure alert monitors are reset accurately before drive out. One can feel confident that auto service was done properly.
