Terrible dealership!! The worst in customer service. They don't communicate or return messages. They're not competitive in pricing. If you want to pay sticker/sucker pricing, shop at this dealership.
President disrespectful

The President called my dad an idiot, and they said theyre giving us a deal.. come to learn we couldve got the same Jeep for $3000 total less at MacHaik for a 36month lease. Definitely upset that the President called my dad an idiot to his face, and really upset that I allowed this to happen and leased from them. I dont recommend this place to anyone, its unfortunate I leased a car from there, definitely cant wait to turn it in.

Jim Edmund is the real magician he will make you think he is helping you but really he is tricking you. I made a deal with him of a price of $47,200.00 for a jeep that was with tax title and tags and he promised to change out the tops and finders for an extra $1500.00 he said no problem we have extra tops and finders all over the place just an extra $1,500.00 When my wife went up there with my daughter to do the paperwork he then added the tax title and tags on top of the $48,700.00 that was already agreed in the $47,200.00 price and that was with the $1,500.00 for the swap of the top and finders witch = the $48,700.00 price, So the slipped in the tax title and tags price two times , then after that my wife went to Jackie Chau the Accessories Manger and he had her add another $1,500.00 for the painting of the finders ( remember he said he had them laying all over the place and would do a SWAP for $1,500.00 ) witch some how the price of the jeep was $49,000.00 from the $48,700 ( another $300.00 )so with that added the second tax title and tags again and the $1,500 for the second time now the price was $49,000.00 plus the second ( painting the finder and top again ) =$50,500.00 and the $2,800.00 ( tax title and tags again ) = $53,300.00 that's a long way from the $48.700.00 price with the tax title and tags and the $1,500.00 for the swap of finders and top. He had her attention on other things like oh you going love this jeep and and would not let anyone talk cause he was trying to slip in all the extras that we had already paid for took full advantage of her.Yes after I found out what he did i told him we no longer want the screwed up deal that he made for her and my daughter. He still tried he's magic and was not going to paint the finders and top so he would Take off the $1,500.00 that he added for no reason. That was no favor at all when I ask about the second tax total and tags he looked at me all stupid and kept touching me to stop talking so he can explain the he's tactics. So we just asked for the refund and left he promissed to a full refund after our check clears in about a week and was mad at us for not buying. Are you kidding me this place or should I say Jim Edmund is [non-permissible content removed] do not deal with him or this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!

I had such a fantastic experience with River Oaks Jeep and this was all due to Barry Ruth and Chris Gaston. They made the whole process of getting a new car effortless. I never felt pushed or rushed. be careful what you sign. have everything explained in detail or you could be swindled like me, make sure all options are explained especially things they say they are going to throw in at no charge and financing details especially auto debit.

I would recommend this dealership and its sales and service staff as excellent. Yves D., Blake H., Larry B., and Jim E. make it a really easy and stressless experience to get into a new car, bought or leased, and Ed in the service department is so good as well as Oscar in the body shop. All are professional and very good at their respective jobs. We have had 15 jeeps in our family since 1995, and the last 5 were from River Oaks. We currently have a 2012, 2013, and most recently a 2014, so you can see we are very happy.

I can't say enough about my car buying experience with River Oaks Chrysler Jeep and Dodge! I have driven a Mercedes GL450 SUV for 7 years now and I was ready for a change. I decided I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. My sales associate, Santana F. was very knowledgable about all the differences between all the different Jeep models, and was able to help me figure out which one would be the best for me. Unfortunately, I am pretty picky and they did not have exactly what I wanted in their inventory. I wanted a Rubicon X without a viper hood. Santana took me over to meet Blake H. and explained what I was looking for. Blake assured me they could get me the Jeep I wanted and they could add whatever accessories I wanted as well. He put his team to work and got me the vehicle the next day! Jim Edmund was instrumental in working out the deal to get the Jeep there so quickly, and my sales associate, Santana made sure that vehicle didn't go anywhere until I could come in and sign the papers (I was out of town for a few days.) The paperwork was painless, and it went by so fast! I was so surprised! I also wanted to add accessories to my Jeep. Jackie C., who is the accessories sales manager there at River Oaks, was awesome! I brought in a picture of another Jeep I had seen on the road. She and Mike were able to tell me exactly what the parts were and gave me a price right away. The parts were all there in a few days, and they even offered me a loaner car while all the work was being done. The work was done in the time expected and I just got my Jeep back today. I can't say enough about the service and quality of the work. I am SOOOOOO HAPPY! Thank you River Oaks Chrysler Jeep and Dodge!

This was my vey first sales experience with River Oaks Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership. I was treated like family. Mr. David R. went out of his way to make me feel at home. He was not pushy or overbearing. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler. He was very candid and forthright too. Even after the sale, he checked on me twice to make sure I had no questions. Mr. Larry B. was another reason why I made my purchase from this dealership. He was also very helpful and pleasantly sincere in his approach and throughout the process. Thank you for making the experience a positive one.

I bought my 2014 Jeep Patriot 7 days ago. Hector my salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. I love my Jeep Patriot. It's smooth and solid, handles well and I love the retro Wagoneer body style that, to me, makes it classic!

We have been customers of River Oaks for 15+ yrs. for both autos & service. We always check the area auto market before making any purchase. These days its easy to use the internet instead of a visit, get a feel for the price and the dealer inventory. Doing this gives us three important things: price basis check, dealer sales to customer attitude and inventory. Always, we return to River Oaks, and in some cases we have paid a little more, not to mention we suffered through the "Lemon Law" with one of our RO vehicles. Why. The friendly sales approach, the overall customer friendly attitude and of course the price must be attractive. The immediate after sales attention is also comforting. However, we have never had "buyers remorse". The other big thing is the service department. These guys don't get the "pat on the back" for the sale. But in our case the RO culture is very solidly grounded and evident in the service/parts dept. from the top to the bottom. We always have RO service our vehicles. River Oaks need to figure out a way to capitalize on this combination at the point of sale. Our proof is we always get top trade in dollar. Yes our autos are always in excellent condition, but are always serviced by RO. The history is there to trace. In closing we wish to point out that Randy & Nick N. and Mark H. are excellent examples of the River Oaks Culture that has made RO a great dealership.
