The experience was excellent, Michael Russo was very attentive & the follow-ups prior to the purchase were the best, not only from him but also from Martin Cohen. When it was time to do the actual purchase, it was quick & easy. I would absolutely recommend them

After visiting another BMW dealership, I decided to stop by BMW North Houston to look at the 5 series. This was May 23, and I wasn't ready to purchase, but I wanted to see and feel the car. After walking around the showroom floor, I began to look around, Mr. Desmond said are you ready to ask questions. He answered all my questions knowing I wasn't quite ready and I visited at least 2 more time and it was always the same caring attitude. Never any pressure. Well Feb 24, was my time. I am elated and greatful for the patience and attitude of this dealership to make me feel comfortable. I am the owner of a 2024 330I and I couldn't be more pleased.

Most seamless car transaction from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left with my car. The manager, sales agent, and finance agent were all so helpful and kind that even though this dealership is an hour away from my house, I will still come to them for my next car.

The sales person was friendly and professional The initial finance person: Extended warranty options: Details of terms and conditions were not clarified for the BMW Extended Warranty. . Had to see an additional finance person at the dealership to explain different third party warranties which offered better terms and conditions and am able to transfer to a better warranty for my car to satisfy me.

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I purchased a 2021 BMW X5 from BMW of Houston North on Jan. 30th. The car was very nice with only 1,500 miles on it. Unfortunately, the salesman, Mr. Massiah, hasn't gotten back to me in two weeks about the very expensive and very necessary spare key. I called him about the key on Feb. 2 and he told me that they hadn't gotten the spare key for the previous owner. I don't have there very important 2nd key AND I've heard nothing from Mr. Massiah regarding that key. It's a shame that the joy of purchasing a virtually new car can be tarnished by a bad experience with their salesman. I spent my entire life in sales and service of my customers and their best interest was always foremost.

Test drove an X-5... beautiful car, but had brake fade. Was getting ready to leave the lot when I remembered that there was an X-3 that I had on my saved list from the same dealership. Test drove it and fell in love with it instantly. Worked out a deal and drove it home the next day. Car is fun fun fun.

An Experience Worth Repeating

Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from BMW of North Houston. The sale was conducted long distance through the excellent assistance of DeAngelo (Sale Rep) and their management team. I found them to be forthright and trustworthy in what services had been provided to the vehicle, any anomalies or known issues, and the handling of the actual purchase and shipping of the vehicle was almost painless. The purchased vehicle arrived at my destination without any visible or noted damage, excellent handling. Based upon my experience with this dealership and the great sales and management team, I fully expect that I'll be calling upon them again in the future when I need another vehicle for my family.

autonation service offers some of the worst customer service i have ever encountered. both at bmw of north houston and bwm of the woodlands. they are 100% not incented to drive customer satisfaction. love my bwm but not the autonation service. Sewell is where it is at if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

Would have been 5 stars but was told there would be no Black Friday Specials and there were after I purchased. I was told afterwards that it was still am awesome deal but don't feel totally satisfied after this encounter. Would still recommend to family and friends.

The job you did in 2022 wasn't done correct therefore it caused another problem & that problem is still not fixed right. It's back there now for a 3rd time. Turnaround time is entirely too long. I believe my car is just being held there & I'm paying for work that's not even being done. My service Lady is super nice & a wonderful person. But your service wise. Not hardly.

Good, honest mechanic and service advisor. I was in quickly, the price was reasonable using a coupon from their website. The waiting area is really nice and comfy. Definitely the one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. Special thanks to my service advisor, Deryck Hayta Singh, he was really good.
