I purchased a 2023 Jeep Renegade from AutoNation CDJR Houston and this was by far a great process! This is my 3rd vehicle from them so I felt comfortable returning because each time, I’ve been treated very kindly. Duy, Mario, and Daniel were awesome!!! They made the process so straightforward and simple. I was originally in the market for a used Wrangler but I opted for a newer model renegade so my trade in for my 19’ renegade was quick! They were all patient and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase and sought out for me to get the best deal! I’ve had my New baby almost a month and I’m still in love! Thanks again guys!

I searched for a vehicle with the best price from Vermont to Texas. I found what I was looking for with AutoNation in Houston, Texas. This was the easiest time I have had purchasing a vehicle. Fernando was very nice and very down to earth. The offer I made on a Ram 1500 Laramie, which was below MSRP, was accepted in short order. The entire experience was very pleasant and not at all stressful. AutoNation rocks!

I came to the dealership for recall work and to address warranty issues. They worked me into the schedule quicker than other local Jeep dealers, but they weren’t able to secure a loaner/rental as promised. When I picked up the car, one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I was able to quickly show the advisor, and she said she would re-open the ticket and schedule me to come back when they had a loaner available. The next week, I called to follow up. I was told I’d hear back within 24 hours. That was one week ago, and I’ve yet to hear anything. Overall, their level of service and follow-through leaves something to be desired.

1. I brought my vehicle in prior to going out of b2b for the concerns. 2. I called THE DAY BEFORE to ensure that I would be covered 3. I arrive 2 days or so after my B2b ran out due to scheduling and all of a sudden there’s no record of prior times I brought the vehicle in & im not covered even tho I call THE DAY before to ensure this very same information!

The service department did an outstanding job taking care of all my needs, communicating with me every step, kept the proposed timeline, assisted me with a loaner car when rental car company fail to do so. Kevin was the gentleman who helped me and all I can say he was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and professional. He certainly went above and beyond.

When we first sent our minivan in to get a few problems serviced under warranty we ran into a lot of issues. There was a lack of communication and when we received our van back those same problems were not fixed. We spoke to the management team and received a new tech rep named Yuri. She was very organized and thorough. She kept us informed on every step of the process and gave us a loaner vehicle until the work was complete. She made sure that all of our problems were resolved at no additional cost to us. Having had a rocky start she really made us feel comfortable and confident that we will be heard and taken care of.
