I was treated like family by all the employees. They offered me drinks and snacks while I waited to speak to finance. I walked out with a better deal than I anticipated I had already calculated the numbers in my head and knew more or less what my payments would be like but walked out with a deal $300 less! I would recommend Charlie Clark nissan to all my friends and family.

Purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder in a very pleasant experience. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and I actually received a great deal on an upgrade from what I wanted. I was very pleased with the entire experience, and I love the vehicle. I traded in my SUV and received a fair trade and was able to drive the new vehicle off the lot same day. Financing was easy, no glitches. I am a very satisfied customer and would buy again from this dealership. My sales man was Mr. "Fonzie" super great guy!

My experience with this dealership is one that I will never recommend anyone that I know...not even my worst enemy.....tried purchasing a car with Juan Salas and Juan Zavala and along other Juans and to no avail, nothing was worked out in the car that I wanted to purchase. It was just all alot of beating around the bush and all was just talk, talk, talk and let me ask my manager this and let me ask my manager that and we will call you back and they never returned my calls so obviously they didn't want my business and I had been dealing with them for almost a month. So I went elsewhere with very very good professional people working there and walked out of there with the car I wanted and no strings attached.

I should have stick to HONDA, but I decided to checked the supposedly good Deals at Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen. My worst experience ever. I regret it so much, that I soon I can get rid of this car and not have to deal with those [violative content deleted] I will. It was so unprofessional, the car sales person convince me and I fell for it, so he took me to see his supervisor, I only saw this guy for about 5 minutes at first, and then the last time was to sign the contract wich after reviewing the interest i refused it, and he then I spoke to him for the last time. They wanted to put me at 15% interest, I said no and they lower it to 10%, I agreed and took the damn car. A couple days later I get a very unprofessiona call from one of their manager named started with R Garcia, anyway they asked to go back and said that they had made a mistake and wanted to put at a 15% interest rate. I again said no and requested to get my trade in car back. Anyway, they are very [violative content deleted], I didn't even got a second key and when I lost it, i wasted a whole day to get another one. The setup there is also very downgrading, those cheap tables, no privacy for customers, and the service area is so SMALL. I honestly despise that place so much. Anytime I get a chance I tell everyone I know about this place. I will never go back. My car after six month the A/C broke down, and Im waiting to see what kind of service I get, I'll see and be sure to post my comment about that too.

well, yesterday i went to this joke of dealership thinking of buyingone of their new sentras, but everything was going good, untill 5 hours after, when i desided to leave, I asked the guy from finance for my stuff, being my trade in title, and my credit card, which he was holding, i got my card 30 minutes after i asked for it, but not the title, i was told that the guy from Pre-Owned had it and that he placed it inside the safe, and that he was gone for the day and that i need to come back the next day in the morning to get it. i was told this after an hour of me saying i was leaving and asking for my stuff back. when i told them that holding my title is agaisnt the law, they desided to give me a better deal for my trade in, but no i didn't take it, i didn't trust them, and i'm taking my money somewhere else, to a real dealership where they don't play around with the potential buyers. ohh, i got my title back after 2 hours of me asking for it, and after two more "better deals". Charlie was nowhere to be seen (well only on a poster in a green garra) i was in this place 7 hours, and more than half of the time i was treated bad, not by the salesman, but for the rest of the staff.

On 8 17 09 my wife and i went to Charlie Clark Nissan..the customer service was a joke..we were there for 5 and a half hours..and we had to ask for water..we were told that there was a delay with the finance confirmation..the salesman,Danny Ramirez, was more interested in getting a"hook-up" for free pizza,as i work for a local pizza place..thier Business Manager,Jery Campos, is a [violative content deleted]..he said he would call us the next day at noon..he never did..we called him..he said he would call us back in 15 minutes..he never did..we went back to the dealership..and was told it was still not resolved..so i went to [another dealership]..we have a new car and it only took an hour..So much for "Orale" huh? Charlie Clark Nissan is a joke..and i'll not ever return there nor will i ever have anything good to say about them..i will however, tell everyone i know or meet,about my experience with this sorry excuse for a dealership..
