I had been car shopping on-line for several months. Last week, it was time to start the hand's on shopping. My first stop, at a different dealership, was a disaster that left me frustrated and frankly angry. Next stop, a few days later, was Boggus Ford. Great experience with salesman Carl Eads, very attentive and knowledgeable about the Edge/Explorer models I was interested in....best of all there was none of the high-pressure, pushy vibe that I (and many women) detest! He helped me make the decision as to which car would best suit my needs with finesse and left me feeling like I had a really good deal! Good job!
