Another great experience

We have now bought 2 trucks from GP Ford - one Used and this lastest one New. Both buys were very professional and very easy. Grace in New sales was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the process quick and painless. Would definitely send anyone looking her way.

2020 Ford Explorer Purchase

After I had seen the vehicle online, the offer paper showed a completely different price. After me pointing that out, another offer was made. Then, they tried to get me to sign up for some service agreement (that was never pointed out directly to me) that was 995.00 extra. The car salesman was very nice, but told me my payments would go down once I got back to the financial paperwork. Stated that the price given to me was including the tax, title and license. That was in fact NOT the case. For anyone purchasing from here, be sure to look at ALL numbers on the offers!!! Also, when leaving, the man did not help me set up my phone to my car or anything at all! I then had to find my car to get all of the things out with NO HELP.

Disappointed

I purchased a car from this dealership last Friday and I have issues. A sensor is going off on the dashboard saying Unavailable Front Radar Obstruction and I asked the salesman what did that mean and he told me that it had something to dealing with low gas in the vehicle which that was a lie. Next on the Carfax it started that it has Navigational system that's not true because when I get to the screen it's blocked out. Every time I turn on the vehicle I would have to reset the clock on the dashboard and my radio stations because they never stay set. So I took my car back this past Wednesday because they said that they would fix the problem and they didn't do anything but tell me to take it to the Nissan dealership and get it fixed out of my pocket. This is totally unacceptable Every time I tried calling someone I get a voice mail even down to the General Manager no one seems to answer my calls.

2023 Ford F150 King Ranch Purchase

Ron and Grace were fantastic from start to finish. Our overall experience could not have been any better. From the test ride with Ron explaining the vehicle's functionality and Ron and Grace's willingness to answer questions that may arise, not only while we were at the dealership, but if something came up in the future, to give them a call. They made the purchase portion a wonderful experience, but amazingly it didn't stop there. Transitioning over to the finance portion with Scott was just as delightful and very detailed without feeling as if you are locked up for hours to complete the deal. This was a great experience and we will continue to purchase our vehicles from Grand Prairie Ford.

Happy Everytime We Visit Here

I absolutely love the gpford location. Every time I come in for any service or purchase..... everyone is always nice, friendly, helpful and goes out their way to make me feel comfortable. Mrs. Sharrel McGee, she's definitely my go to lady for just about anything, but this is not to take away from anyone else that I have had assist me when she wasn't available. Again, everyone there is awesome. I just want to say that Sharral McGee was excellent, absolutely fantastic, friendly and down right fantastic in my opinion. She is a joy to have helping you when you come in for any services at gp ford. I'm back for my oil change, with my now 2 year old lil man..... It was really hot 🔥 in the service department when we came and Mrs. McGee walked us over to the other part of the building where it was a lot cooler. The small things like this is what make customers so happy and thankful for excellent customer service that's received from the staff at gp ford, especially from Mrs. Sharral McGee. Thank you so much for the level of service that you provide. I'll never go anywhere else...... Whether close or farthest away....... gpford will always be my favorite place for the black ghost (my ford's nickname) needs. Keep up the great and excellent service 👏

Not so good labor

I had a new battery installed and paid $30+ to have the terminals cleaned and the posts lubed. The whole area where the battery is located is very messy and unsatisfactory. Customer service was great, labor was not.

3 stooges sales crew, worthless

Worst truck shopping ever. Inquired on line. Salesman keep calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks. Made an appointment, he was not available when we got there, Carmello. Gave us to another salesman, did a test drive but he was on his phone the whole time, Ray. All the time Carmello was standing outside the building. They did not have what we were looking for, he came back w/ a window sticker for a truck. I made an offer for it, he came back w/ a price and had used or down payment amount to get the truck $ down to what I had offered, sneaky! Caught it and made a counter offer. Never saw him again, never received an answer. Carmello called the next day asking what color I wanted? I asked him what happened on the truck we were talking about. Tried to switch to another truck. When I asked what was the price and any details, he said he didn't know. I told him to find details and call back. Never called back. Horrible service and staff. I found out the original truck they were showing me was 300 miles away, I know they do not move 8,000lb. trucks for free as they offered. Caught them in lies at every turn. The only positive reviews had to be paid or employees.

Fast and informative

Took my ford focus to get oil changed and was taken care of 45 min before my appointment time and also promptly informed of a recall on the vehicle and that it would be taken care of while i waited. Got me in and out in a couple of hrs! Grand Prairie Ford has earned my and my family's bussiness for life!

Terrible Experience

Took my vehicle in for service to get a diagnostic on a Thursday and was told that I would hear back from the dealership on the following Monday. I decided to leave my car there over the weekend. I NEVER heard from anyone so I had to be the one to reach out to the dealership on Monday afternoon. Again, after that call, I was told that someone was going to get in touch with me, and yet again no one reached out. I personally went up to the dealership to figure out what was going on, and was told that they were working on my vehicle and that I would be contacted Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning rolls around and I was told I needed a few things to stop oil leak. Now when I was told they were going to do the work, I was informed that I would be able to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon, I received a call and was told that they ran into a few issues and they were at a “stopping point” I was quoted $9,000+ to fix the issue. I told them that it was an outrageous amount to pay for something that I would better be off getting a new vehicle. I refused service and told them that I wanted to pick up my vehicle. I was told that it wasn’t going to be drivable until Thursday morning. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I was unable to speak to the manager until the advisor was able to speak to the manager first.... I thought that was unprofessional. If a customer wants to speak to your manager, you are to inform your manager that a customer wanted to speak to them. A manager was not available whenever I wanted to speak to one nor was I contacted by one. Anyways... when Thursday morning rolled around, I was told that there was still a leak and I asked if they would be able to place a sealant to help slow the leak and was told that they would place some for me. On Thursday afternoon, I came to pick up my vehicle, and was charged over $500 to change out a $9 sensor, sealant was not placed on my vehicle like I was promised and my vehicle now leaks more than when I initially brought it in. I understand that the vehicle had issues to begin with, hence the need for a diagnostic, but to be charged over $500 for “labor” to change out an oil pressure sensor that is causing my vehicle to leak worse than before, you can definitely take 100% satisfied and throw that into the garbage. How is it that you have my vehicle for a week and still not have it fixed? I feel like since my vehicle was not essentially “fixed” and is in an even worse condition, I shouldn’t have to pay that much for a $9 oil pressure sensor. Will NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. Was NOT satisfied with the quality of work performed on my vehicle. Dealership did NOT complete the work within the timeframe promised because I had to wait multiple days to get my vehicle back. Dealership DID NOT honor all commitments made because I NEVER heard from a manager, there is no sealant provided to help slow leak. I definitely feel that the price paid for “services” was NOT fair or appropriate.
