2002 Ford Excursion

I just purchased a 2002 Ford Expedition with 25K miles on it from Eddie and Andrew at Safeen Motors. The vehicle had a clean CarFax and the pictures showed well. Contrary to my prior experiences in used car buying, they wouldn't let me buy the vehicle sight unseen. I was able to located a car inspection service in the Garland area and have a 120 point inspection performed at a reasonable cost. After the vehicle past the inspection with high marks, we continued with the purchase. I flew in from out of state and was able to complete the paperwork and be on my way in under an hour! My experience with Eddie and Andrew was very positive and I would recommend Safeen Motors very highly. Fred M.

Richard was my sales person was no hassle to deal with like most sales guy's. I told him what i was looking for he got it done. And i walk out with a new 2014 Dodge Charger. I recommend everybody purchase your vehicle from Richard and SAFEEN team!!!

Great Car - Great Team - Great Time!

Richard bent over backward to help me through each step of the way and stayed well beyond normal hours to help me close the deal. After I test drove the car, he asked me a few questions about the drive including "Is this the right car for you?" This showed me that he did not just want to make a sale, but he wanted to put the right person in the right car. He helped me with things I didn't even ask for. Chris was able to work the financing into affordable monthly payments even though I am rebuilding my credit now due to past unemployment. And the car! I bought a Cadillac CTS Coupe that looks like the Batmobile! Awesome Car!. There was a parking sensor out on the rear bumper that they had already ordered for the car and told me they would call me when it came in and for me to stop by and they would install it for me. Great service! I would highly recommend them - Richard and Chris made the car buying experience fun. A Great Car - A Great Team - A Great Time! Thanks for all your help, Batman

I am very appreciative of Safeen motors. I did not look forward to shopping for two vehicles but the pricing was very fair and were willing to work with my wife and I to make sure we got a great deal. We truly appreciate the time and effort that Richard and the staff took with us. They made it quick and easy to find the right vehicles and make it as efficient as possible.

I have been a customer of Barrett Motors for over 15 year and have bought at least 13 vehicle from them during that time. I had a problem recently with one of my latest purchases and talked to them. They were very unwilling to compensate me for my years of loyalty. Well I went to Safeen and inquired about a vehicle. The took care of me in less than an hour. This is my second vehicle from them. Trades not problem. Looks like i have a new car dealer. Great experience no pressure no haggling I told them what I expected and wanted Good spot. check them out Its worth it . FYI good cars too no junk

Eddie recently helped us purchase a pre-owned minivan. He was helpful, informative, and fair without a lot of pressure which we appreciated. didn't get a spare tire

Before i bought my car dealership promised that they'll place a spare tire and will wash my car. I didn't get a spare tire and the car was washed badly: so I had to wash the car.

We had to replace our son's car. We did a massive search on the internet and found Safeen Motors to have the best deal with lowest prices and miles in the DFW metroplex. Needless to say we made the trip and picked up the car. All staff was very professional and cordial. I will do business with them again.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

My husband and I were looking for a car after our main car was totaled in a wreck we ended up finding the same car my husband totaled but a updated/new version by year that was in GREAT condition the sales representative Matt is awesome, he is very nice, articulate and he was consistent with the paperwork and signing of the car which made the process smooth. He answered every question on the car and the history of the dealership, we enjoyed our experience with Matt at Safeen motors he represented the company with compassion and commitment. Overall the car is wonderful, no body damage, great mileage, good parts which we checked ourselves and all functioning interior components(radio, power windows, ac/heater) were working in great condition. This is our best experience with a car dealership and if another time comes around we know exactly where to go. Thanks Safeen Motors for the AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!

From the time we stepped on lot, the sales staff gave us time to look before coming out to see if he could help. We've been looking for a while and dreaded pushy salespeople. Eddie was my salesman and he was easy to talk with, no pressure and knowledgeable. There were a few small issues with car that were taken care of prior to delivery. Financing was quick and the entire experience was pretty pleasant. THANK YOU!
