Not Bad for a Car Buying Experience

It was almost all good. Salesman was low key (smart move), knowledgeable of the product, tolerant of my eccentricities including my aversion to using my phone for anything but calls and texts. The finance guy was very nice and not high pressure like one's we have experienced in the past. He tried to find us the lowest interest rate and was also knowledgeable of the extended warranty. You could really use some blinds in his office since we were almost blinded by the sun trying to wrap up the sale. I finally put my sun glasses on. All in all, it was the shortest time spent (will always be too long) in purchasing a new car.

Horrible communication

Hugo, a service representative stated my vehicle would be ready the afternoon he called. Told him I was working a 24 hr shift so I would swing by the next day instead. He said it be perfect and everything would be ready. We'll, guess what. Nothing was ready, far from perfect. Waited almost 2hrs to get my vehicle and he wasn't even working that day. Sleep deprived already and dealing with ppl being lazy. Only wasting my time. Thank you Hugo. [non-permissible content removed].

Went there for oil change without an appointment They took me in quickly at 10am Hugo took care of me and he help me tremendously with some questions of my truck before and after the complete service I’m from the lower valley and could go to east side but my experience going to Shamaley is top notch

Always provide great service, they make sure to check everything & make sure my vehicle is running smoothly, plus I get a free courtesy car wash every time. I must add they have the best prices plus every month I receive a $25 off any service.

Performed my services and kept me in the loop as to what was happening with my vehicle and what they found wrong with it as well as prices in advance and wanted to let me know which ones that were a must and a safety Hazzard and ones that could wait if I wanted to. Unprofessional

Where do I start. Took my Acadia in for service and other issues. As far as experience with oil service oil was changed. They left a screw that holds cover for cabin air filter on floor where they didn’t put it back. Luckily im knowledgeable on working on cars and only reason I take it in is due to it still being under bumper to bumper warranty. My passenger seat was reclined all the way as if someone took a nap. Professionalism is shown when your vehicle is given back to you the way you left it. If a certain radio station was on to as little as how your seats were set shows alot. Visor hangs a little and did not want to replace. That is not how it should be it should be flush to the roof. Was told to take later when it hangs more.

Always Great Service!

I had arrived 20 minutes after my appointment time and Ernie took care of me right away. He had explained that services were taking about 2 hours and offered the shuttle service. I declined the transportation and looked around the showroom and lot instead. Not even an hour later, he found me and explained the services done to my truck. I was driving home, in my truck a little over an hour after I had arrived!

This was the 2nd time I’ve been to Shamaley to buy a car. The salesman, Aaron was very helpful. They even offered to send a car for me. He helped me file insurance paperwork for car that was total loss, which was the 1st car I’d bought here. They worked with me over several days in order to help me buy a car that fit my needs and my budget.

First oil change for my truck at 7500 miles took over 4 hours. Initially service was completed within an hour but as I left a caution light remained on the dash. Service took another 3 and a half hours to correct a software download that wasn’t completed.

Had my RayBan sunglasses stolen

Made the mistake of leaving my RayBan’s in the car when I took it in for service. Guess I should have known better. Will never return to this dealership again for service or to buy or lease another vehicle. Luckily they are not the only Buick dealer in time. I told them about it but they pretty much blew me off. Said they would get back with me after they talked to the GM but never did.

After waiting for months for the trailer hitch to come in since it was on backorder it took an email from us to finally be able to make an appointment. We were told they would need the car a "couple of days" so I took 2 days off to bring it in. I was specific about needing the car by Wednesday morning as I had to get back to work in Albuquerque. We'll long story short after texting my tech on Tuesday with no response I called @ about 3pm. I was told car was still at the body shop for the drivers side door adjustment. Was promised I would get a call to let me know the status. Did not get a call by 5pm so I called again and was told the car was still @ the body shop, they had already closed and would not be able to have my car until this morning.

The service advisers are great, friendly, and professional. Will let you know what exactly the vehicle needs and will advise why they are needed. They did a complementary wash on the vehicle, and when I picked it up it looked like someone had driven it on the sand dunes. Or sprayed a whole fire extinguisher on it. That is my only gripe. So four stars.
