Text message to internet sales that im interested in a used lincoln 2012 friday night no contact sunday did same thing , monday i got a text from justin love we started working a best deal as i told him itll be this car or other car also in houston but im buying with deposit today- i asked send the bad of the car as other dealer did same. 20 min later when i text ill give u a deposit he told me another salesman is showing car - i said no bother i want it ill give u card for deposit he then said. Well his manager said being the man is there now he is gonna buy it Wow what a rip off i had first on car. this dealership does not honor sales i am glad to see the way they operate if anyone wants the text messages and the voice recording of complete transaction ill be glad to send it to you! Complete bunch of lying time wasting misfit dealership remind me of [non-permissible content removed] do not do internet business with them

Easy Purchase - Great Experience

Justin Love sent me information and a price quote for an F150 that you had in stock. We talked once about the truck and he requested that I bring my trade vehicle in for an accurate appraisal. I was only in the dealership for about an hour including the time that I took a demo drive and then I went home and unloaded my truck and came back and signed the finance papers that were put together when I went home. I am not a fan of questions like how much do you want to pay each month and let me go talk to my manager. One trip back to talk to the manager and my offer was accepted.

McRee Ford and Robert Saxon - best customer service

I purchased a Ford F150 Platinum. I've purchased many vehicles, but Robert Saxon is, by far, the best salesperson that I've ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features of my vehicle and other comparable vehicles on the market. Robert was extremely professional and courteous. He was not pushy, but he followed up with me exactly as he promised. He has also followed up with me after my purchase to ensure that everything is going smoothly. I would definitely recommend McRee Ford in Dickinson and would highly recommend that you request Robert to assist with your purchase!

2014 Ford Escape Titanium

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Only issue I have is that after purchasing it, I read the car fax and the car had a replaced engine. I guess that's my fault for not reading it before I purchased it. Otherwise everyting was great.

We went looking for a used car. We had one in mind but it was sold before we arrived. The sales person we had spoken to look for another but none we were interested in. DeAnn told us about Ford's promotion on zero interest on a new Ford Fusion and she showed us one that we really liked. The question was what kind of a trade in would they give us on our Camry? Everything fell into place and now we are proud owners of a new Fusion. Love it and DeAnn could not have been more helpful.

The sales associate that we worked with was very helpful. The deal they offered the first time was very close to the best you will find anywhere, and very little negotiation was necessary to get the best deal! All I had to do was ask once! Overall, this was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I recommend that you give McRee a chance to earn your business!
