Amazing sales experience. Bryant greeted me promptly outside the front door. Looked at two cars and the second was perfect. Sales experience was awesome and the car was a very agreeable price. Roland in finance was great. Excellent presentation and easy to understand details. Met a couple managers who thanked me for my business. Made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. Awesome job y'all.

I believe the salesmen at this dealership represent everything that gives a car salesman a bad name. They listed a used Toyota on CarGurus.com, and I contacted them to make the purchase. Since I live 2 hours away from the dealership, a local couple in Denton with whom I am friends with went to look at the car for me, and reported back to go ahead with the purchase. I immediately returned the phone call to the dealer, said I would buy it, asked what they needed from me to secure it since I was 2 hours away, and was told to just come. Meanwhile, the manager decided to drive it up front, and just as I was getting into the car to meet with the person who had just bought my car so we could drive to Denton, I heard the phone ring, ran inside to get the call, and it was the salesman telling me, never mind, don't come, we just sold it to someone else. I replied, how in the world can you sell a car that was already sold, and what in the world would you have done had I had not answered the phone and showed up in Denton to pick up a car I thought I had just made an agreement to buy?? Whatever happened to honesty and integrity? Since they do carry the “Toyota” name, I did complain to Toyota Headquarters in California, and a few days later, the dealership called me to say “at least we called you.” The couple who went to the dealership to test drive the car for me who live in Denton also made it clear that they themselves would never do business with people like them, and would be sure everyone they know in Denton knows about the lack of honesty and integrity with which they do business. What was really insulting was a few days later, they actually sent me an email asking me if they could help find me another car!

I gave up my info on the internet and someone from the dealership contacted me right away. I told them I wanted to look at a Camry and I'd be there in 20 minutes. They had it ready to test drive when I arrived. The sales guy, Nick, later brought the exact model I was looking for to my work along with a detailed price quote. Then he came back a second time with a credit application. After work I went to seal the deal and there was no surprises. I was out of there in about 45 minutes.

My experience at Toyota of Denton was good. I would rate it 4 stars simply on customer service, and the efforts of the Salesman Kyle B. If you go to this dealership, make sure you look him up. He was not pushy, very relaxed enviroment, gave us lots of space to talk or make decisions without hovering. He offered multiple test drives and let us look around to our leisure. He had answers to every question, and was helpful the entire way. Cons-- -We had to wait for the finance guy for over 2 hours. -The finance person messed up the paperwork and we had to go resign the papers later during the work week. ***--Finance team tried to use very fine print to mislead us on the APR. Make sure you ask multiple times and see it in writing on the contract and warranty!** Overall-- I thought the Sales team side was great and had good customer service. I was not impressed with the finance team.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience. Kyle B.was very nice, and helpful. The whole staff worked well together, had immediate answers to questions, and were very mindful of the fact that we had our kids with us. I enjoyed the experience so much that my next car purchase will also be at Toyota of Denton.

First off, there is no kids room and my kids were bored to death. Second, Curtis would not tell us what price we were paying for the car, which did not allow us to negotiate the price, and then lied and said that the finance guy would negotiate with us...said while he was walking out of the room. The price of the car was $1000 over the price advertised. After the sale, Curtis was short and tried to brush us off and get us out quickly. There were no keyless entry fobs given to us, and Curtis claims that there weren't any with the vehicle. I find this EXTREMELY difficult to believe as the majority of cars come with a keyfob. As a final insult added to all the injuries, the car was not filled with gas. It was handed over to us with a quarter tank of gas, and Curtis informed us that 'they don't do that anymore' (fill the car up). We will not return to this dealership and will spread the word of what a terrible experience we had...by the way, they customer service survey does not allow you to submit anything negative.

I was doing on-line car buying since I was out-of-state. I was in the process of finalizing a pre-owned car deal with Phil W. I explained to Phil that I want to be sure that the car not be sold while we are doing the paperwork electronically by email. He promised that the car would not be sold and its "parked in the back" I had the payment check and all paperwork ready to go. I asked the dealer via email what the next step was to finalize the deal. After numerous reminders and calls, I finally got a message 3 days later sayin they sold the car. Foul on them!
