I'm pleased!

Car shopping and researching cars can be an overwhelming process. I'm a very picky shopper and I have to be 100% sure that any vehicle is the right fit for me. I'd been car shopping for several months, and ironically, I never considered Acura until THE night before I bought my RDX. I was looking for a smaller, crossover SUV with specific features that was within my budget. I considered the new model Ford Edge, Mazda CX-5, and Nissan Murano and none of them really gave me that assurance that it was the right choice. I then happened to test drive the Acura RDX at another dealership. I immediately fell in love with it! I previously owned a 2002 Honda Accord for 13 years and then up to a 2013 Ford Explorer for almost two years. Being that Acura is step up from Honda, I knew it wouldn't disappoint. After doing further research and asking friends who are avid Acura owners, I decided to go to a dealer that specifically sold Acura vehicles. I stopped by Goodson Acura with the intention of test driving the RDX a second time. My salesman, Jonathan Agunwa was very friendly and helpful and he made sure my car-buying experience went as smoothly possible. After some serious negotiations were underway (lol), I ultimately chose a pre-owned 2014 RDX with the Tech/package and was able to walk away with a deal I was completely satisfied with. I'm truly pleased with my choice. The ride is sexy, sleek, comfortable, efficient, and it has all the bells and whistles that I was looking for in a smaller SUV! I couldn't be happier and I'm grateful for Jonathan and his assistance in getting me in the right car. I also appreciate Leonard for being so flexible with me as I was finalizing the transaction. I appreciate the hospitality shown at Goodson. They truly treat their customers with top-notch service and professionalism. I'm happy to be a part of the Goodson Acura Family!

Goodson Acura - Great Experience! See Bart Womack

I purchased a car from Goodson Acura about two weeks ago. This was the third dealership and there were two more on the list. Needless to say, I never made it to the other two dealerships. Bart"s professionalism, knowledge base and expertise where phenomenal!! His patience in answering questions was terrific! He definitely knows the cars. Once the Acura purchase was complete he even assisted with pairing my IPhone and providing a few tips. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. Bart thanks again for all your help and I look forward to becoming a long term customer at Goodson Acura. Thank you to everyone that I met on Saturday, December 17th. Amazing service

I had an excellent experience with the person Joseph, he told every detail of car, finance, service and maintenance details. I went to several dealers, no dealer has taken time to tell the every option that is available in a car in each package during test ride. Joseph taken time to explain all the details in user guide. It helped me to decide which car and package that suites my needs and budget.

Just bought my 7th Acura from Goodson and the experience was as good as ever. Although this dealership is certainly not the closest to my house, they always make me a better deal than the other Acura dealers.

Bait and Switch, twice

I have been in the used car office about 4 times in last 6 weeks trying to find the acura at price / etc that i wanted. The dealer seemed to price used cars reasonably well. After defining what i wanted on 1st visit, salesman offered to show me a car that met my guidelines if i came back in. He made it known that we would have to go to another lot to see it. So i get there and am told that that the car is going to auction because of electrical problems. Well ok, i dont want to buy a car with problems. So i said lets go to lot to see your next best option while i am here. Of course that is priced higher, but i figured im already invested time wise on visit #2 so lets just see it. So we fight traffic to get to other lot, salesman opens the manual gate to lot and we go to see the car. Wups, we dont have the keys. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time. Fast forward several weeks, i email the salesman after seeing a car that seems to meet my expectations. Was listed at 22.9k for several days before i emailed him (and was still listed when i emailed him). I am told, sorry thats now sold but we have another one being listed in a day or so. So 2 days later, another car magically appears but asking price is 23.9k. Funny thing is its the exact car that was listed at 22.9k several days ago. The beauty of VIN numbers and cached webpages. I thought that sold? I ask why you told me it was sold, and the response is they thought i was inquiring about another car. Uh ok, there was only 1 car of that color and model year listed when i emailed you. So, then why is the car priced 1k more than it was a few days ago? response, its in better condition then we thought. You have owned the car 7 months and u dont know the condition? So then i ask is this the car that had the electrical problems when i first came in and you told me it was going to auction. After 24 hours they admitted it was, and claimed they had misdiagnosed the problem originally.

Awesome Experience

Goodson Acura laid out the red carpet for me! Patrick, Mikhail, and Leonard made my car buying experience amazing! It began with Patrick giving me such a great deal the I decided to buy a new car instead of a used one. Leonard worked with me on financing the deal. He was easy and low-pressured. Even after Mikhail closed my sale he continued to show outstanding customer service. He delivered my brand new 2016 Acura TLX to my job - on his day off! In this day where most companies treat customer service as an afterthought, Goodson Acura is the rare exception. I am HIGHLY SATISFIED with my experience and will recommend that others come here also. Thank you for making this experience awesome!

Great and fast service

My husband and I were in the market for a new car , with three rows so were looking at the MDX. We reached out to the Acura dealerships in the DFW market and found that Goodson and Mikhail at Goodson were the most responsive and helpful in our search and pricing discussion. We had a new baby and don't live in Dallas so wanted to do as much as possible over the phone and be able to essentially just pick up the car after terms were agreed to. We did this and couldn't be happier with the process and the car.

Hands down the best Sales Rep is Wade West with Goodson Acura

Integrity and good customer service = Wade West with Goodson Acura I purchased a new 2015 Acura MDX from Wade West with Goodson Acura in August 2014 and was very pleased with the sales experience. I got a good deal and had no pressure and no craziness. Wade was patient and very helpful. Wade sold me my previous MDX in 2001 but did not assume that I would automatically buy again. He earned the sale with good product knowledge, customer service, patience and HONESTY. I believe him to be a sales person with integrity. I believe the Acura MDX to be worth every penny. Great investment with no buyers remorse. You can tell customer service is important and they want to earn your business. Thank you Wade West.

This is my best car buying experience. Brian Smith made the whole process really simple, send me email quote, when I went to dealership, he got the car ready for test drive. He is very honest in negotiations. Even though, I got similar deal at other dealer, I choose to buy from Goodson Acura because of Brian Smith.

I went to Acura Saturday on my last leg. I had been out searching for a vehicle all day. I called and talked to Cece about a truck that I saw online. She was really nice and invited me to come in. Happy First Time Goodson Buyer

My fiancée and I bought an Acura RDX from Goodson Acura earlier this week and, thanks largely to John Dobbins, it was a great experience. From the moment we walked into the dealership, John was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the Acura models we were interested in. His pleasant demeanor and patience with us, as we initially only came in to browse, was very appreciated. He thoroughly explained the various vehicle options and packages available. Of course, we had numerous questions and hesitations, and John was a great resource for us, even staying with us well past business hours. During the final stages of the buying process, both John and Juan Medina were very helpful in making sure all my questions were addressed. Since purchasing the RDX, John was kind enough to check in and make sure that everything was okay. I would highly recommend John Dobbins if you're interested in an Acura (my RDX is great) and I'm happy with my experience buying from Goodson.

Amazing service

The Acura agent we worked with was Wade West. We have been leasing with Goodson for a few years now and they have been amazing with their pricing and service. Wade is a wonderful agent and he really looks after his clients well. Very courteous and helpful to work with and did I saw a great sense of humor too! Our daughter-in-law had a bad car wreck in Austin and my wife needed a dependable, comfortable vehicle to drive back and forth down there. We were treated like royalty by Brent Davis and his crew. Fails to disclose body repair done in-house.

I purchased a 2016 Certified Pre-Owned MDX with 2,500 miles. I was sold this car as being "better than new" as it came with the extended warranty of CPOs but was for all intensive arguments a new car. I asked numerous times if anything was wrong with the car and was repeatedly told no. I was given "Certified" paperwork showing the car was up to Acura CPO standards and that the only work done by Goodson Acura was an oil change, tire rotation, and detailing. 36 hours after delivery, I had a friend paint meter the paint to discover repair work had been done to the front fender. Initially I was told by Goodson they did not know anything about the repair work. Then I was told they did know about it, they had actually repainted both the fender and bumper in house, but it was "just a scratch" that was repaired. When I pushed back to that explanation and pointed out that the fender and bumper were no longer aligned, I was then told it had been involved in a collision in a parking lot. Not only was I intentionally deceived about what I was purchasing, the repair work that was done was deleted from their invoicing system so it would not detail on the invoice they gave me, although the two codes for the repair work do show up under deleted operations. I was further lied to about this invoice being the "reconditioning repair order" that is supposed to accompany the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle 182 Point Inspection Checklist and never given the actual required form as it would have detailed the repair work, something that was being hid from me. I was also given a Carfax they knew to be inaccurate as it did not list the repairs they did in-house. To add insult to injury, when confronted with their failure to disclose the damage, I was continually lied to until they were backed in a corner and had to fess up. As a loyal Acura owner for over a decade, I thought I could trust the dealers charged to uphold Acura standards. The Acura Certified Pre-Owned Program is touted as one of the best in the industry but is based on the honor system. Simply put, Goodson Acura does not follow the program rules. This is very disappointing.
