BAD SERVICE!

The van was taken to get service for engine light. But need management approval. It sat in service department for two weeks because service people could not get hold of any management. In all those two weeks the kept saying waiting on approval. Its been three weeks now still no van.

Jonathan helped me to find my very first car! I was a little insecure, had some ideas, but wanted to stay open minded. He helped me in finding a car I felt really comfortable with! Great service all the way around from the sales staff to the finance to the service dept. We had to come back in to get our new truck rear windshield window switch replaced, it only took about 5 mins. Thank you Autonation again!! This is the second vehicle we have bought from them & whenever we are in need of another we will be back!!! You guys are AWESOME 😎!!

All the employees lie to make the sale.

Good price, great truck. Except the fact it came with 1 key. Part of the deal for the truck sale was a key fob and spare key. The promised they would, they had my truck for a week and never did anything. When I picked it up they looked at me with a confused response and said they did not know what I was talking about. I have it in emails 7 different times reiterating what's to be done as part of the deal. Now they dodge me. even the main boss lied to my face just to sell me a truck. Takes courage to lie in someone's face.
