Purchase of 2017 Ford Fiesta

This was a first time buying for my daughter, Our Salesman, Mr. Lerma was very patient, kind and attentive to her and us. He explained things to her and listened as well. The finance gentleman, Ruben Martinez was the same, he explained things to her and gave her his card and told her if she had any questions to call him. He was quick and efficient as we were under a time constraint when we got to his office. I am immensely appreciative of the knowledge and willingness to help me pick a vehicle of my choice. Unlike local dealerships who want to put you in a vehicle not of your liking simply because they don't have it on their lot. I am so excited to be driving this dream truck. I didn't even get this level of service from a local dealership which I had bought 3 vehicles in the last ten years. Access Ford, Joel Vasquez, Thomas McClelland, Marchel Walker and Rick Lerma put "you" before "them or business". My hat goes off to this staff. The purchase experience was the finest I have ever experienced. If you have never been here, you should consider them before buying. This was my 5th Ford vehicle and the smoothest purchase ever. Slam Dunk with Reggie

I'm not easily impressed, nor am I a fan of the run around at car dealerships. I knew what my trade was worth and what I wanted in a used vehicle. Reggie was very patient as I roamed the lot looking at their used diesel selection. I test drove the vehicles I was interested in and made my selection. It was no nonsense and very pleasurable. Reggie was a great companion on the Road Tests and has a great story. The negotiations were non-existent! I told her what I thought my trade was worth and what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. 10 Minutes later we were drawing up the sales contract. If you're looking for a no nonsense trade or purchase head over to Access Ford and talk with Reggie...if she's busy, WAIT. It's worth it. I didn't drive a Ford home, but couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Excellent experience

Our previous truck was stolen, along with our business documents, computers, well, in short, our lives! We needed a truck QUICKLY for our business of transporting horses. The 2011 F-350 we purchased is doing an excellent job for us. Even my wife likes the truck! We purchased "unseen" over the internet, and the truck was actually BETTER than represented. Staff was understanding of our situation (we were pretty upset) and did their best to get us on the road quickly. Being retired/self employed we were a bit concerned about financing, but again, they made it easy and had us pre-approved before we even arrived at the dealership.
