Great experience on purchasing the vehicle. Got a quote the night before, had the truck within 18 hours. Everyone at 5 Star Ford was professional, courteous and helpful. Would repeat this experience, maybe in the next few years.

I have been a customer with FSF for over five years and I continue going back because of their ability to make my deal work for me. No matter if its my monthly payment, sale price, or trade in, I always feel like I left with the best deal possible. Also, if you go in to FSF in Carrollton, TX go see Mel Lucero, she will listen and cater to your needs and work hard to earn your business. She is by far one of the best sales associates in the industry.

I sold a car I really loved and HAD to have another vehicle that day. The particular used car I was dying to get isn't all that normal of a package, so what do I do? I call Sam Pack's Ford and get Melanie. We were really happy to hear that they had just one in stock. Melanie helped me on he phone so naturally I ask for her to get there. No questions asked, no pre- qualifying that you get from a lot of car sales professionals. She let us take it for a test drive, wrote it up and got me in and out of finance in just a little over an hour. Fast service if you know what you are looking for and the price that you deem is fair. Great prices, great cars and service, and a great experience!

I have been very pleased with the car I purchased at this dealer. The sales person (Melanie Lucero) was very helpful. I took my car in for each scheduled maintenance this week and the Service Advisor (Vincent Grazioso) was excellent. Even the shuttle driver was very nice. The entire experience has been great.

Everyone was helpful, amusing how we were passed to a new young man. Pushing accessories before a deal was made was a bit much. Then what price a salesman gave for cargo liner vs. accessory person was about $60.00 difference.

I recently bought a Mustang GT from Sam Pack's Ford. I found what I wanted on the Internet and Sean Pinegar contacted me. Working with Sean was a pleasant experience...the best car buying experience I've ever had. Justin McCarroll in Finance is absolutely the best finance guy I've ever worked with! This was such a great experience, that we returned the next day and made a deal on a truck for my husband. Sean worked with us again and I requested to work with Justin on financing. I had a Ford Ranger with 300,000 miles on it and was looking for the Sport Track that I wanted for meany years and had Dennis watch for me so he found one. If need a little work so had that done with Sam Pak and came out with a truck that I relay like. I hope that I can also take this Sport Track over that 300,000 miles.

We were called to advise us of the promotions going on. We ended up trading in both our vehicles for new one. This as our 10th and 11th purchase from your location in 30 years. (including Lee Jarmon). Both of us (my husband and I) had a poor experience with my last purchase and my husbands attempt to trade in for a newer truck, however, gave you another chance. I was pretty happy with the outcome. We have referred many family and friends to you over the years. I know of at least 6 cars purchased from our family members. Not sure on the friends. I like your new showroom and selection of cars. Our sales person and finance guy were wonderful to work with.
