I was looking for blue Audi sq8, and I found one out of my state in Texas. I gave David karr a call we agreed on the price and he walked me through the process of wiring the money and signing the purchase agreement using DocuSign. Once that was done, he arranged for enclosed car delivery to Colorado. The whole process took less than one week and the car was delivered with the exact mileage I bought it. I couldn't be happier. Waited to write this review so that I could list accurately and honestly. Wait, there’s a word that Earth motor cars could learn! My experience On 1/28/22 I purchased a 2014 bmw m6 with 39,000 miles. This was an online deal and I ended flying in to drive the car back 600 miles. My first experience, salesman Sonny/Sunny. Hands me the key and says take it for a drive.. he calls me ten minutes later and says is everything ok? Well maybe the gas tank shouldn’t read 2 miles to empty when you know a customer is coming in for a test drive? Had to use my own $ and put $10 worth of gas. Upon visual inspection ( what they failed to tell me prior to arriving) totally scratched navigation $500 to replace. Multiple scratches on the trunk. $750 repaint. Back widow tint bubbles from extreme heat exposure $650.Yes, it is a used car, but abused and used are too different things. Sunny says we will fill the car up for you so you can hit the road on your 600 mile trip… we’ll they said it’s policy to only fill half the tank for a customer spending $50,000? So they only gave me a half tank of gas! Less than 40 miles into my trip the add engine oil light comes on. The car is 3/4 of a quart low? Hmm must be policy to only put 7 quarts in a 8 quart car. Sunny.. says the car has run flats?( really because OEM bmw tires are Michelin pilots run flats. The car had Kuhmo tires). The car did get me home without any mechanical issues. 2/5/22. Took the car to get a haircut. 2 blocks from home, the drivetrain malfunction light comes on. Possible misfires or worse. I have owned 4 bmws prior to this one so I started to check the obvious. Upon taking the air filter boxes out. I discovered a dirt clog the size of a baseball in the air intake from the grill to the box?(sunny says we did a 100+ point inspection?) how could you miss that?Outcome, injectors are stuck in the open position flooding the oil with gas. Repair bill $3090. Car had a soft recall from bmw which they call extended warranty.. said dealership( earth motor cars) should have taken it in to have them replaced? Lastly, NEVER trust the salesman, the stealership, or any staff at Earth Motor Cars. I would expound more.. but currently have a lawyer for some other issues I discovered that could possibly be criminal in nature.. carfax is currently investigating some issues as well. .

I purchased a 2008 Hummer H3 in March of 2017 from Earth Motor Cars. Today’s date if February 8, 2018 and I have not driven the truck for 1 full month straight since date of purchase due to multiple problems. Every 3 weeks there’s another problem. The truck has been into Earth Motor Cars 4 times for the same issue. The other 3 times it was taken to Stonebriar Chevrolet where I paid out of my pocket to have the truck fixed correctly. Earth Motor Cars knowingly sold me a truck with severe problems. The first service visit, I was told my transmission would be rebuilt. I was later told by Stonebriar that the transmission was completely original except for the used clutch that was replaced. My Warranty company was charged over $1900 for a rebuilt transmission. The truck was back in their shop in less than 2 weeks. After 10 months of driving my truck for 3 weeks at a time before putting it back in the shop, I went back to Earth Motors Cars to see if they would get me out of this lemon. There solution was to give me half of what I paid for it and roll the negative equity back into another truck they had on the lot. I paid $15,000 for the truck so you do the math. Their fix to the problem did not help me out in anyway. I can go to any car dealership on the planet and make that horrible deal. My truck is currently in the shop with multiple issue with the transmission and transfer case. The last time they supposedly fixed these issues they had my car for 8 weeks!!! And it ended up back at Stonebriar Chevrolet in 3 weeks. These were things that Earth Motor Cars supposedly fixed on multiple occasions. I know This review will not slow Earth Motor Cars sales, but hopefully it will make a person think twice about buying a used car from them. All they care about is moving units and make no effort to ensure the sure the customer is truly satisfied with their purchase. They will sell you a used vehicle that probably has multiple problems and then try to sell you another vehicle making money on both transactions while you are left with thousands of dollars of negative equity. If you want a vehicle that you only drive for 3-4 weeks before putting it in the shop……..CALL EARTH MOTOR CARS!!!!!!!!!!!
