Austin Infiniti Outstanding Experience!

I just had one of the best car buying experiences of my life. Corey Freitag at Austin Infiniti did an outstanding job. He provided all the information I needed while also not being high pressure. He was professional and courteous, and was always quick to respond to my questions in a timely fashion throughout the process. I also enjoyed the “ blended” buying process. They have incorporated where the salesman handles everything including the finance and paperwork side of the transaction. So you have the same relationship and rapport all the way through the transaction. I will definitely be recommending Corey and Austin Infiniti to everyone!

Austin Infiniti is the best car dealership I have ever done business with. This is my 4th lease and every time it has been a smooth transaction and great service from everyone there. I highly recommend my sales person Mario Hall but everyone there is great and always greets you with a smile.

I received great guidance on the timing to take advantage of incentives to trade in an existing Infiniti leased automobile for a new lease on the 2021 QX50 Sensory, without carrying forward any negative equity to ensure future payments were as low as possible. The new car had all the features I was hoping for and is a great car.

I have been servicing my Infiniti with Nick Lefebvre for almost 8 years and can only tell you he is by far the best service manager I have ever dealt with at any dealership! He cares! I bought my car from Troy Johnson who now happens to be the Sales manager at Austin Infiniti, and he too is fantastic. I will look to Austin Infiniti for my next car, and will continue with Nick to service my cars.
