Bait & Switch Prices

Honda of Murfreesboro pulls the bait and switch on the prices of their used cars. When I went in to look at a used car, the price online was inflated by more than $2,000 for "reconditioning fees" like new tires, brakes, carwash, etc. That's part of the trade in process... Guys- just add that cost into the actual cost of the car. Their "no haggle price" was already above market value for the car. Nice try.

The Best Car Experience

I recently purchased a 2007 Civic from a family on craigslist and it was randomly overheating, so I decided to drop it off for a diagnostic. I ended up leaving it with Taylor McCullough who was probably the sweetest and most comforting person throughout this entire process. She informed me my car was a huge mess and wasn't even worth fixing and in the kindest way possible told me I got screwed over. She ended up taking me to see Kyle Stewart (one the sales people). Kyle and all the managers worked endlessly with me to help me get the best deal on a really safe and sturdy car because I am a 19 year old student and have had nothing but bad car luck since I could drive (they also gave me warranties on the car which made me feel beyond safe!). I am so thankful that Taylor and Kyle were the ones taking care of me considering I was on the verge of basically having a panic attack. They were so kind, sweet, helpful, and truthful (which i appreciated the most because not everyone is truthful in the car business). They even provided me with a car to get to and from work until I could purchase my car (a 2013 nissan altima).

Worst dealer ever!

I contacted the dealer online which was a pleasant experience including my phone conversation. Since I was serious about buying a cr-v I decided to drive the 60 miles to look at the 10 cr-v that were the color I preferred. Upon arrival I was brushed off by the lady (Peggy) & handed off to some punk salesman. I already knew they had 10 vehicles in the correct color but the salesman wandered around the showroom looking for his inventory sheet for 5 minutes. When we went outside to look at the cars we had another 5 minute conversation about keys & driving the cars up so I could look at them. I asked the salesman if he was allergic to walking & everything went downhill from there...... Long story short, after meeting with the other dealership goons, they told me that their dealership rating was based on customer satisfaction. They (salesmen) didn't think, no matter what I did or didn't buy, that I wouldn't have a "good experience" & that I should take my business elsewhere. Evidently, the manager found out about it & left a fumbling apology message on my phone... I did buy the same car I looked at another dealer about 2 hours away....

Their mandatory 499$ appearance package and 189$ pinstripes is insulting and should not be allowed by Honda North America.
