I love to visit the Ford dealership on Mt. Moriah in Memphis, TN. I routinely go there to get my oil changed. It's a lady named Heather who is the absolutely best. Everytime I go there she makes sure that I am 100% satisfied. Her customer service is above and beyond. From now on if Heather isn't there, then I'm going to wait til another day to get my oil changed. I don't want anyone else to help me except her, even though everyone there is nice. Thanks Heather you're the best.

This was a top notch buying experience at every level. I was able to preview inventory ahead of time and schedule an appointment online. The selection was reasonable and I found what I was looking for in regards to model, condition, and price. Mallory W. was my sales person and was knowledgeable and great to work with, and Keauntae H. kept it light easy getting through finance and signatures. Both of these folks stand out as being a part of a great experience.

I took my car to AutoNation Ford because I had two recalls to address. The first one was already addressed by Landers Ford but they failed to make thecrepair correctly, so I tried AutoNation Ford. They told me it would take 3 to 5 days to complete. We left our car there for 8 days and they never touched it, so we picked it up and will never return to AutoNation Ford or any Ford dealership again

I just wanted an oil change

I came in and asked for an oil change. They were courteous and I waited. When they were done, I came to the counter to pay and she said it would be over $100. I looked at her and asked why is this oil change $100? She seemed confused and answered, "I guess they rotated your tires too". I said I didn't ask for that. After she deducted the tire rotation, it was still over $80 for the oil change. So why would I continue going to the Ford dealership to get my oil changed? It's not worth it.
