Great Experience

After giving up on getting a new suv due to every dealer i went to told me the same thing (You need $8000) in order to trade. I was bored waiting to see the eye doctor and i started looking at Nissan Rouge's and a few mins later received a text from Andy Phillips and after telling him i couldn't trade unless i had $8000 for down payment according to five other dealership's i had visited, he replied by saying don't be negative. He ask me to give him one shoot and he had me send him our trade info and do an online credit app and we talked a few times over the next few days and he would update me letting me know were he was at in the process and 3 days later he called and said what time do you want to pick up your new Nissan Rouge ? I ask him if it meant driving to the dealership and sitting for 8 hours and leaving disappointed again ? He answered with I want you happy not mad, so i went in to the dealership and it was more than i could ever ask for. I left in my brand new Nissan Rouge. Horrendous

I went yesterday to their dealership. I told the sales man that I would be in the market very soon for a brand new car and I had a couple cars that I wanted to checkout and possibly test drive. I also let him know I WAS NOT BUYING TODAY. He then proceeded to tell me that they were very busy and he couldn't help me today,since he was helping a lot of people buy cars today, he said to try back Monday, the way he said it came off very rudely, and there was only 3 customers in the entire lot, I would have been fine waiting for about an hour or so, I drove 25 miles to go to that exact dealership and it would have been my first car that I would have bought from an actual dealership. Do not ever go there at all as they will just turn you away if your not buying on that exact day. They made my decision for me and I will not be getting a Nissan nor going through anything owned from Ted Russel, I will probably end up going through Rice Buick, GMC. I would give zero stars if I had the option.

This company is full of [non-permissible content removed]. They took advantage of someone who isn't a skilled car-buyer and I ended up paying $9K over list price for an Altima. There are no excuses. Not only that...I got duped and was told that I would be getting a premium upgrade but I did not get that. Now, a few months later, I realize that I was cheated and there's nothing I can do. I was called about 3 weeks after the big purchase and was asked about my experience. When I told the surveyor that I was not at all pleased with my customer service or my purchase she was very defensive and said, "I'll help you but you have to promise not to give us a bad rating". I took her name and plan to use it and my salesperson's information when I sue them! They are worried only about ratings and not helping customers... and not keeping their word. I'm so unimpressed and so disappointed in my purchase. I wish I had gone with someone who was car savvy, so that I wouldn't be sitting here with $9,000 in overpayments to an uncaring, unreliable car company. I'm contemplating suing because they are such a farce with fake smiles and fake promises that were not kept.
