Even though, as I expected, the dealer encouraged me to add extras, such as dent coverage and a supplemental warranty, they did so in a professional manner and never pushed back when I declined certain of the extras. The salesman, Jamaul, was also willing to communicate with me periodically via text when I inquired about the delivery date of my new 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid. He told me it would arrive in mid-February and I was able to pick it up on February 12. Overall, very satisfied with the vehicle and purchase experience.

Almost perfect!

Ed was a great salesperson- knowledgeable and patient. The price on the internet was as quoted with minimal add ons which was refreshing. Steve the finance guy was a bit pushy with the come on for the extended warranty. A bit of the good cop/ bad cop scenario Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

After having a positive experience when buying our 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring we decided to stop at Auto Nation West Knoxville and look at the 2024 models. Walking around the lot we were greeted by Ken Kauffman from sales who answered all of our questions and directed us to the model that would fit our requirements. After a test drive we were impressed not only with the new model but how we were treated as a returning customer and no high-pressure tactics by Ken. We received a far trade-in for our 2020 and were about to pick up our new car the next day. The entire process, which included using Honda Financial Services was flawless. We couldn't be happier with this dealership.

New 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid

My encounter with Sales Person, Brock was cordial and productive. He let me test drive a new hybrid and when it came time to discuss prices I found myself negotiating with a sales manager. I was NOT Happy! When l asked to see the invoice I was told they did not have it. Instead he gave me a page from Edmunds showing what a fair price people were paying. I insisted on seeing the invoice and finally walked out. A few minutes after I left Brock called me and I returned to the dealership where I reached an agreed price. I was never shown the invoice and I figured I paid way more than invoice.

Edward Pernick and Carlos Baez were amazing to work with on buying my new Honda Pilot. They answered all my questions. Jeff as the ideal sales person. I first met him when I was trying to figure out what kind of SUV I wanted to buy and he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to test drive. I let him know I'd be looking at other vehicles and if I was interested in the Pilot, I'd give him a call. After waiting almost 2 months I was ready to pull the trigger and when I went to see him he remembered me and what I was wanting to buy. I needed to order the one I wanted and he made the whole process easy and painless. He was great about keeping me in the loop about the status of my order and was very helpful with the final purchase. He never pushed or tried to up-sell additional items I didn't need or want. The other people I came into contact while there were always super nice and helpful as well.
