Best Vehicle Trading Experience Ever

This is the first time, while trading vehicles, that I have ever had a fair deal put on the table on the first offer. I was expecting a low ball offer like I usually get but a fair deal that I accepted without argument was put on the table first. A new experience that I really appreciated. I will absolutely go back to Champion Chevrolet the next time I want to trade vehicles. Thank You

Everything was great except the 2012 chevy cruze did not have floor mats and I am sure that when new they had them. The sales lady just said some cars don't have them. I bought a 2012 cruze and a 2011 equinox at the same time. I don't think a set of floor mats would have been too much to ask. I am also supposed to be getting free satellite radio for 3 months but I am not. Everything else is great.

This was, without a doubt, the most pleasant, hassle free buying experience I have ever had. The entire sales team was outstanding. I have been buying cars since 1971. I was especially impressed with my salesman, Jay Hays and manager David Palmer. They were upfront with the pricing and with my trade in value.

Amazing Deals

This makes my 4th Chevy Silverado Crew Cab truck purchase and it is amazing. To me, this is the best deal yet, and I am beyond pleased with this dealership. So much so, that just within the past 2 months, I recommended another customer whom came in and purchased a 2016 Chevy Surburan < spelling, sorry, but I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know of, and it's your own fault if you miss out of the amazing deals they can offer. I am very happy with my new truck I purchased from Champion Chevrolet. There was absolutely no pressure to complete the deal from my salesman, Lloyd, and he was the best salesperson I have come across. He knew the answers to my questions about the truck, could provide examples of the new options and features of the trucks, and was just great. I have purchased my last four vehicles from Champion Chevrolet, and will definitely start my next new car search here.

Won't Even Consider A Car From Here Again

Purchased an Impala from this dealership, big mistake. Manager said we could pick tires from any used car on the lot to swap with the tires that were on the car we were purchasing since the Warrantied vehicle started to "thump" and roar. Vehicle had a 3 day "return" policy where you can get all your money back if not satisfied, manager wanted us to return on a Monday, putting us at day 4, then refused to swap the tires on the car and refused to take the car back. I will not even set foot on this dealership and if for some reason I ever had to I would be sure to get everything in writing with signatures.
