My 2022 F150 was totaled and I needed a replacement. With Michael’s help, I found what I wanted, was shown available options, and was then sent to the finance guy to complete the sale and get the keys. Came back the next day and had the options installed. Smooth sale.

I came in to Mtn View Fors looking for a quality used truck. After researching online I came into the dealership and met with John Greene. What an amazing guy he had me in the truck and heading home in 20 minutes.!!!! After my experience with John, I dealt with the service department on a very minor issue, and they took care of everything promptly. Good customer service is a thing of the past and Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga sets the standard thank you guys I will definitely be back.

My Ford F150 started making a mechanical noise to the extent that I didn't feel comfortable driving it for fear of unknown damage that could occur. So, I immediately drove it to the dealership and dropped it off, explained the noise and asked for it to be investigated. One full business day, no call with a timeline, nothing... and then another. And then another. After 3 days I called asked for an update, "we're working it in, there's one car ahead of it and then we should get to it." Then another two days and it's the weekend. No follow up. So, on Monday morning we called and the response was, "it was a drop-off and we work in appointments in front of it, so now there are 15 cars ahead of yours, it might be a week, maybe two before we get to it." So, we pulled the car and are taking it to another shop, never to return to this one. Poor communication, poor service. It would have been nice to have to been contacted with ANY information and one would have thought that dropping the car off could have qualified as attempting to schedule an appointment. If not, that could have easily been explained at the time of drop off. But, to be made to feel as though an inconvenience for trying to have your vehicle looked at by certified mechanics is not the customer experience we're looking for. We will not bring any of our vehicles back, nor look for a new car here. If there was a "zero star" I would give it.

The only thing a little negative in my experience was waiting 18 months for my new truck to arrive, but this wasn’t my dealers fault. Through out the whole process I was kept up to date on the status of my car. My salesman Chris was excellent, always there with the answers to my questions and concerns. Would definitely buy from Mtn.View Ford and Chris as a salesman. Excellent service.

Very friendly, helpful service! The purchase overall went smoothly. The sales representative was so kind and walked me through the many features of my vehicle when he delivered it to my home. He helped me set up features such as the Lincoln app to the iPhone Bluetooth setup and even the the key code change on the door. Very happy with my experience!

My wife and I met the nicest young salesman at Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga, TN. He is only about 21 years old and was a professional and any seasoned salesman. Our last 6- vehicles we purchased were Cadillac Escalades and one Mercedes G550. We had no real thought of purchasing a Lincoln Navigator when we visited Mt View Ford Lincoln. We were just curious as to what other luxury vehicles were out there besides Cadillac. After being told we could not test drive a new Cadillac Escalade setting on the lot at Integrity Cadillac and waiting over 30- minutes on a sales manager to talk with us. We left and drove to Mt. View Ford. Where we met Lawton Willingham the young salesman at Mt. View Ford Lincoln. He showed us the new Lincoln Navigator and allowed us to test drive it. My wife and I feel in love With this new Navigator and made the purchase on the spot. We were treated with respect and gratitude we brought our business to them. I had full intention of purchasing a ne Escalade that day but fate took me to My. View Ford Lincoln where we met Lawton Willingham and purchased a new 2021 Lincoln loaded out Navigator Reserve.

The do a great job when it comes to selling you a car but I am less than thrilled with the quality of the vehicles and the inspection process they do on their cars. I've had problems within the week of purchasing my used vehicle from their location. Make sure to get as much paperwork about the car upfront before you decide to purchase.
