Yan is the Best!!

Great experience buying the certified vehicle

I saw this certified BMW 530i online and liked the price and appearance of it. John Griffis is a great sales guy and he provided all the info needed. The financing was in order. I drove 7 hours to get the vehicle and it was a smoother and mush faster buying process than buying from an other places. Driving 7 hours to buy the vehicle tells that they did everything great to sell me the vehicle.

Outstanding Overall experience

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with our Sales Advisor Jonathan Allers to view and test drive a new BMW vehicle. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by the staff and Jonathan. We were treated well and made to feel comfortable and not rushed while at the dealership. We were also greeted by the General Manager, Chris Hidalgo and the Sales Manager, David Goforth who made the negotiation process easy and took my concerns in to account. The entire process was easy and fast. Jonathan was very knowledgeable of the BMW products, and I must say very patient with me. Lol, sorry Jonathan. If you are in the market for a new BMW or a great used car, give BMW of Chattanooga a call and ask for Jonathan. They have a great selection to choose from.

I purchased my first BMW here in 1992 and client Advisor of the Year Christine Dumas (who was barely born then) continues to impress. There is no jacking around with the numbers as you might find elsewhere, product knowledge is excellent and it is just an overall very pleasant purchasing exercise. The GM Chris, New Car Mgr David Goforth and Service Mgr Wes also all earn solid As. Just a wonderful place from A-Z.
