Peter was great to work with throughout the sales process. Peter would follow up as needed but wasn't pushy at all. Most of the negotiations were via the phone and everything we agreed to was honored when we closed the deal. I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend Hendrick Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Ask for Chris Becker (sales)!!! He is a very phenomenal sales person and helped me buy an affordable and low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry! As a first time car buyer I was very nervous about car buying horror stories but I didn't experience that when I went to Hendrick Toyota. Chris Becker is very knowledgeable about Toyota cars and extremely professional and patient as well!! Again, if you want a great car buying experience without the bs, ask for Chris Becker! Also I would like to mention that Mr. Graham (sales ) was extremely helpful as well. I had to leave the dealership the first day due to an interview. When I returned the following day Chris was off for the day and made sure to communicate with Mr. Graham that I get a good deal. Mr. Graham saved me a lot of money and was extremely helpful! When I was ready to drive off the lot with my beautiful Camry, Mr. Graham made sure that I knew about the car's special features! He help me connect my phone to the car's Bluetooth and any questions I had! Please ask for Mr. Graham as well!!! Mr. Kevin from finance department was very helpful as well!!! My overall car buying experience was stellar and I will definitely go to the same sales team for my next car!!!

What started off as a walk around the dealership turned into a great experience. I was greeted by Michael Kern when I was initially looking at different dealerships and cars and he stuck out to me as someone I could trust with my business. I placed a deposit down on a new vehicle and everything went smoothly. Michael’s demeanor and passion for the customer is top notch and I have already referred a sale to him. If you’re looking for the best, ask for Mike.

Larry is your go to service guy! He is very knowledgeable and helpful each time I take my Camry in to get serviced. The service is usually completed quickly and the price is fair. If you need to take your car in, see Larry! He will make sure you get exactly what you need!

Samir sold me my Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. Great salesman, no pressure & sincere. Today had my 15K service, Ceairra was prompt & professional. She explained the Toyota Care plan of which I didn't understand. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales & service. Was looking for a car for my son. Found competitive prices for a new Toyota Corolla with Hendrick Toyota. Got connected with Bob Bayruns, the sales agent. He was great. Very responsive. We texted often, got through the negotiation easily, we reserved the car, and picked it up about a month later once delivered. When we went to get it, Bob was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and explained all features to my son. Thanks, Bob! In all, a great experience.
