I went in for an oil change on a 2014 Ford Focus and found the following: Pros- Friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable waiting area (with coffee), reasonable price, and paper floor mats used on a very rainy morning. What could potentially be a bit better- Approximately 40 minutes from check in to leaving. I selected no on the survey to a time frame promised because there was none made or asked for, not because they did not meet it.
