Bait and switch

Absolutely would not EVER recommend MR. Chevrolet. Our sales guy Brett lied to us. The vehicle we tested had nice weathertech mats in it. When we picked up the Traverse suddenly the WeatherTech mats weren't included with it. Then we had missing valve stem covers. Had to beg for those. We specifically told Brett we wanted all wheel drive, the vehicle isn't all wheel drive. Finally we didn't want a vehicle that shut off at every red light. Brett assured us that we could bypass that feature. You cannot. the final deal-breaker was we brought our vehicle in for its very first service appointment. We had an 8 a.m. while you wait appointment that we drove up from Savannah to attend. Two hours later our vehicle hasn't been touched and we were told it was the first appointment of the day. I have never had the displeasure of working with a less professional organization in my life! the happiest day of my life was peeling their sticker off the back of my car.

This dealership was the best when they first opened, they hired the locals, and treated everyone right, then sometime at the end of last year all that changed, overnight almost all the familiar faces were gone, replaced with what research seems to indicate are people from the Mike Reichenbach circle and connections from his other dealerships. I ran into a problem with these people in February, and again recently, all involving one person there. in the end they defended themselves by accusing me of swearing when I took issue with that persons conduct. When I researched the history of the Mike Reichenbach dealerships, what I found was the owners lay on the very thick "we are the best people in the world", and everywhere you could see them with promoting themselves in ways that clearly are meant to build influence. You see this influence being used in one review concerning a guy who brought a truck thru them, which had the odometer turned back and other problems, he took it to them, had issues with them, his wife worked for one of his dealerships, they treatened her job to try to make the problem go away, they even used there influence when i tried to take it to other dealers. They claimed they were trading partners as the justification. Basically they made it so he could not go to another dealer. He ended up having a regular mechanic not associated with the dealerships fix his truck. All I can say based on my own experience, is any consumer would be well service to check these guys out first. Maybe even have a independent pre-diagnosis before going to them for warranty service. All I can say is they were the best until recently. But this is my experience. I think any consumer is well service to by there own experiences and research. Don't take my word for it. Do your own research. I can't say what experience you will have with these guys, I can only suggest to anyone is be very diligent in dealing with them.
